大學(xué)生主觀幸福感現(xiàn)狀、影響因素與培養(yǎng)路徑研究

【摘要】:主觀幸福感的研究開始于20世紀(jì)50年代的美國,我國開始研究主觀幸福感主要是在20世紀(jì)80年代中后期,由此以后我國逐步加大對主觀幸福感的研究。從各個研究結(jié)果和研究過程中,我們可以很容易發(fā)現(xiàn),人們的主觀幸福感受到生活中的各種環(huán)境和因素的影響,尤其是社會支持和家庭環(huán)境對人們的幸福感影響十分重要。本研究旨在探討大學(xué)生主觀幸福感現(xiàn)狀、影響因素和培養(yǎng)途徑,一方面為主觀幸福感研究理論進行補充和提供相關(guān)建議,另一方面為大學(xué)生幸福感培養(yǎng)和心理健康教育提供一些借鑒和啟示。 大學(xué)生是未來社會發(fā)展的中堅力量及現(xiàn)代社會的重要群體,是社會主流價值觀的塑造者和載體,為我國社會文明發(fā)展起到了重大的推動作用。大學(xué)階段對他們來說也正是人生的關(guān)鍵發(fā)展時期,他們的健康成長不僅僅關(guān)系到他們未來自身的發(fā)展,而且也關(guān)系到整個社會的進步及民族素質(zhì)的提高。大學(xué)生主觀幸福感是大學(xué)生對其生活質(zhì)量的主觀感受,這種主觀感受會影響大學(xué)生自身的情緒、認(rèn)知和對生活的熱情等。由于他們?nèi)狈ι鐣畹慕?jīng)驗,缺乏應(yīng)對挫折的能力和技巧,很多學(xué)生在進入大學(xué)以后,面對豐富的大學(xué)生活,他們很容易產(chǎn)生自卑的情緒,并容易引發(fā)人際交往問題,從而降低學(xué)生的幸福感體驗。所以,深入了解他們的主觀幸福感,并采取合適的方法對他們進行施教,提高他們的心理素質(zhì),更有利于他們身心和諧健康發(fā)展。 本文以大學(xué)生為研究對象,立足大學(xué)生主觀幸福感現(xiàn)狀,在借鑒國內(nèi)外學(xué)者有關(guān)主觀幸福感和大學(xué)生主觀幸福感影響因素相關(guān)理論及研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,綜合運用社會學(xué)、哲學(xué)、心理學(xué)、教育學(xué)的相關(guān)知識,將問卷調(diào)查作為主要研究方法,以天津商業(yè)大學(xué)為例,通過編制《大學(xué)生幸福感調(diào)查問卷》對大學(xué)生主觀幸福感現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查結(jié)果進行分析。問卷涉及以下六個方面對大學(xué)生幸,F(xiàn)狀進行測量:一、家庭滿意度,包括家庭經(jīng)濟狀況、父母教育方式、家庭成員之間的關(guān)系;二、自身生活滿意度,包括對自己所學(xué)專業(yè)的滿意程度、課余時間是否充實、是否重視自身健康;三、人際關(guān)系,是否與周圍人關(guān)系融洽;四、積極情感,遇到挫折是否能積極面對,選擇合理的解決方式,是否經(jīng)常感覺情緒低落;五、情感問題,是否有穩(wěn)定的戀愛關(guān)系以及大學(xué)期間選擇戀愛的目的。六、外在環(huán)境,對學(xué)校自然環(huán)境的滿意度。進而對調(diào)查結(jié)果綜合分析出大學(xué)生對幸福的體驗呈現(xiàn)出一些共性。在此基礎(chǔ)上,,總結(jié)出大學(xué)生的主觀幸福感不僅受到家庭、學(xué)校、社會等客觀因素的影響,而且大學(xué)生自身的主觀因素也會影響其主觀幸福感。最后,本文根據(jù)影響大學(xué)生主觀幸福感的主客觀因素探索了提升其主觀幸福感的培養(yǎng)路徑,提出加強馬克思主義幸福觀教育、通過實踐活動培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生追求幸福的能力、加強人文素質(zhì)教育、自我調(diào)節(jié)與教育引導(dǎo)相結(jié)合等建議,為大學(xué)生幸福教育的開展提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The study of subjective well-being began in the United States in 1950s, China began the study of subjective well-being is mainly in the middle and late 1980s, which after China gradually increase the study of SWB. From all the research results and the research process, we can easily find that people's subjective well-being affected by various environmental life and factors, especially social support and family environment on people's sense of happiness is very important. This study aims to investigate the subjective well-being of the college students, influencing factors and ways of training, a supplement and provide suggestions for the study of subjective well-being theory, on the other hand to provide some reference and Enlightenment for the cultivation of sense of happiness and the psychological health education of college students.
College students are an important group in the future backbone of society and the development of modern society, is shaping the mainstream value of the society and the carrier, has important role in promoting the development of social civilization in our country. For them the university stage is a key period of development in life, their healthy growth is not only related to their future their own development, but also related to the progress of the whole society and the national quality improvement. The subjective well-being of the students is the students on their subjective quality of life, the subjective feelings will affect their own emotions, cognition and passion for life. Due to their lack of experience of social life, the lack of ability to cope with setbacks and many students in the skills, after entering the University, facing the rich university life, they are prone to feelings of inferiority, and easily lead to interpersonal problems, so as to reduce the Low students' happiness experience. Therefore, in-depth understanding of their subjective well-being and appropriate teaching methods to improve their mental quality are more conducive to their harmonious development of body and mind.
Taking students as the research object, based on the subjective well-being of the college students, on the basis of the domestic and foreign scholars on the subjective well-being of College Students' subjective well-being and influencing factors of the related theory and research results, the integrated use of sociology, philosophy, psychology, knowledge education, questionnaire as the main research methods, in Tianjin Commercial University as an example, through the establishment of "College Students' happiness questionnaire > on the subjective well-being of the college students survey results were analyzed. The questionnaire includes the following six aspects: measure of happiness of college students status, family satisfaction, including family economic status, parental education, the relationship between family members; two, their life satisfaction to my knowledge, including professional satisfaction, the spare time is substantial, whether to pay attention to their own health; three, interpersonal relationships, whether with the people around Harmonious relationship; four, positive emotion, frustration will face actively, choose reasonable solution, often feel depressed; five, emotional problems, whether there is a relationship and stable during the university to choose love. Six, the external environment, the school environment and the results of the survey overall satisfaction. Analysis of the college students the experience of happiness shows some similarities. On this basis, summarizes the subjective well-being of college students not only by the family, school, social and other objective factors, subjective factors and college students themselves will also affect their subjective well-being. Finally, according to the influence of the subjective well-being of college students to explore the subjective and objective factors the training path to enhance their subjective well-being, put forward to strengthen Marx's view of happiness education, cultivate college students' ability to pursue happiness through practice, strengthen the people This paper provides a basis for the development of College Students' happiness education, such as the quality education and the combination of self adjustment and education guidance.
