【摘要】：建設(shè)中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)已上升為國家戰(zhàn)略，高等教育作為支撐區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的主要力之一，必須要跟上區(qū)域發(fā)展的腳步，為中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)發(fā)展做出貢獻(xiàn)�！吨性�(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)建設(shè)綱要》中提出，河南省必須要建設(shè)若干具有較強(qiáng)競爭力的大學(xué)，加快提升高等教育整體水平，吸引國內(nèi)外一流院校在我省設(shè)立分校。推進(jìn)與國內(nèi)外知名高校，科研機(jī)構(gòu)開展學(xué)科基地建設(shè)和重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室，，科研基地建設(shè)。本文以新增長理論，區(qū)域競爭力理論等相關(guān)教育與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展理論為基礎(chǔ)，采用調(diào)查研究法和定性研究法比較分析具有代表性的六大經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)主體城市的高等教育發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的協(xié)調(diào)性，呈現(xiàn)出當(dāng)前河南省高等教育在適應(yīng)中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)發(fā)展中存在的問題，并提出相關(guān)的建議，以期對(duì)河南省高等教育的發(fā)展有所裨益。本文主要分為五個(gè)部分： 第一部分，介紹了論文的選題背景、研究目的、研究意義、文獻(xiàn)綜述和研究方法。 第二部分，主要對(duì)高等教育與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的相關(guān)概念做出了界定，并且闡述了本文所用到的關(guān)于區(qū)域高等教育與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)。 第三部分，通過對(duì)中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的相關(guān)介紹，敘述了人才、科技、文化在中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)建設(shè)過程中的重要作用，并且這三個(gè)重要元素都來至于高等教育。 第四部分，對(duì)比分析了中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)，長江三角洲地區(qū)，珠江三角洲地區(qū)，海峽西岸經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)，成渝經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)和關(guān)中—天水經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的主體城市的高等教育與其區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r，得出，河南高等教育與中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的發(fā)展仍然處于不協(xié)調(diào)狀態(tài)，并且與其中個(gè)別經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的差距甚遠(yuǎn)。 第五部分，提出河南省高等教育在適應(yīng)中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)發(fā)展的過程中的相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:The construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone has become a national strategy, and higher education, as one of the main forces supporting regional economic development, must keep up with the pace of regional development and become the economy of the Central Plains Economic Zone. In the outline for the Construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone, it is proposed that Henan Province must build a number of universities with strong competitiveness in order to speed up the upgrading of the overall level of higher education. To attract domestic and foreign first-class colleges and universities to set up branch schools in our province, to promote the construction of discipline bases, key laboratories and scientific research bases with well-known universities and scientific research institutions at home and abroad. Regional competitiveness theory and other related education and regional economic development theory as the basis, By using the methods of investigation and qualitative research, this paper compares and analyzes the coordination between the development of higher education and the development of regional economy in the representative cities of the six major economic regions. This paper presents the problems of Henan higher education in adapting to the development of Central Plains Economic Zone, and puts forward some relevant suggestions in order to benefit the development of Henan higher Education. This paper is divided into five parts:. The first part introduces the background, purpose, significance, literature review and research methods. The second part mainly defines the related concepts of higher education and regional economic development, and expounds the relevant theoretical basis of regional higher education and regional economic development used in this paper. The third part, through the related introduction to the Central Plains Economic Zone, describes the important role of talents, science and technology, and culture in the construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone, and these three important elements all come to higher education. Part 4th, comparative analysis of the Central Plains Economic Zone, the Yangtze River Delta region, the Pearl River Delta region, the West Taiwan Strait Economic Zone, The coordinated development of higher education and regional economy in the main cities of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone and Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone shows that the development of Henan higher education and the Central Plains Economic Zone is still in a state of disharmony. And with one of the individual economic zones far apart. In the 5th part, the author puts forward the relevant suggestions of Henan higher education in the course of adapting to the development of Central Plains Economic Zone.
