【摘要】：目前，國內(nèi)外關(guān)于大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)和人的全面發(fā)展理論已經(jīng)越來越成為當(dāng)今學(xué)界研究的熱點，并且取得了一些可喜的成果，但是這些成果并沒有將兩者結(jié)合起來。就業(yè)能力是大學(xué)畢業(yè)生順利就業(yè)不可或缺的一部分，深入研究不僅能夠指導(dǎo)大學(xué)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)，還能對高校就業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)的研究添磚加瓦。本文以馬克思人的全面發(fā)展理論為指導(dǎo)，運用這一理論指導(dǎo)大學(xué)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)能力的培養(yǎng)是本論文選題的主旨所在。 首先，緒論部分對大學(xué)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)形勢進行了論述，在選題背景及意義里，從不同方面闡述了大學(xué)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)的必要性。 其次，對相關(guān)概念及理論做了基礎(chǔ)研究。主要界定了就業(yè)、就業(yè)能力、大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力的概念；分析了馬克思人的本質(zhì)理論、人的全面發(fā)展理論以及科學(xué)發(fā)展觀對人的全面發(fā)展理論的理解的新境界；理清了人的全面發(fā)展在當(dāng)代中國國情下的實現(xiàn)條件并對馬克思人的全面發(fā)展理論對大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)的指導(dǎo)意義進行了論述 再次，介紹大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)意義的主要內(nèi)容。這部分共分四節(jié)進行了全面解讀。講述了職場對大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力的要求；剖析了大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力的現(xiàn)狀；深刻探討了大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力存在問題的原因；總結(jié)了大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)的意義。 最后，在對大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)深刻地評析之后，揭示了大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)的當(dāng)代價值。通過論文的研究，從社會、學(xué)校、家庭、個人等方面對大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)提出了如下培養(yǎng)途徑：第一，優(yōu)化相關(guān)社會環(huán)境，為大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)造外部環(huán)境；第二，，強化學(xué)校教育功能，為大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)提供理論指導(dǎo)；第三，注重大學(xué)生個人能力養(yǎng)成，為大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)奠定基礎(chǔ)；第四，有效利用家庭影響，確立大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)的長期目標(biāo)，對當(dāng)代大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)有著一定的借鑒意義，并且對大學(xué)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:At present, at home and abroad, the theory of the cultivation of college students' employability and the comprehensive development of human beings has become a hot topic in academic circles, and some gratifying results have been obtained. However, these achievements do not combine the two. The ability to obtain employment is an indispensable part of the successful employment of college graduates, and in-depth research can not only guide the employment of college graduates, This paper is guided by Marx's theory of all-round development, which is the main purpose of this thesis. The purpose of this thesis is to use this theory to guide the cultivation of college graduates' employability. First of all, the introduction discusses the employment situation of college graduates. In the background and significance of the topic, it expounds the necessity of the employment ability training of university graduates from different aspects. Secondly, it makes basic research on related concepts and theories. It mainly defines the concepts of employment, employability and college students' employability, and analyzes Marx's theory of human nature. The theory of man's all-round development and the new realm of understanding the theory of man's all-round development; This paper clarifies the conditions for the realization of the all-round development of human beings under the conditions of contemporary Chinese conditions and discusses the guiding significance of Marx's theory of all-round human development to the cultivation of college students' employability. Thirdly, it introduces the main contents of the cultivation significance of college students' employability. This part is divided into four sections for a comprehensive interpretation. It describes the requirements of the workplace for college students' employability, and analyzes the present situation of college students' employability. This paper probes into the causes of the problems existing in college students' employability and sums up the significance of the cultivation of college students' employability. Finally, after a profound analysis of the cultivation of college students' employability, it reveals the contemporary value of the cultivation of college students' employability. Personal and other aspects of the cultivation of college students' employability proposed the following ways: first, optimize the relevant social environment to create an external environment for the cultivation of college students' employability; second, strengthen the function of school education, To provide theoretical guidance for the cultivation of college students' employability; third, to pay attention to the cultivation of college students' personal ability, and to lay the foundation for the cultivation of college students' employability; 4th, to make effective use of family influence and to establish the long-term goal of cultivating college students' employability. It has certain reference significance to the employment ability cultivation of the contemporary university students, and has certain guiding significance to the university graduates employment.
