【摘要】：思想政治教育是我國進行精神文化建設(shè)的重要內(nèi)容，是幫助大學(xué)生樹立正確的人生觀和價值觀、增強大學(xué)生社會責(zé)任感、形成健全的文化人格的主要途徑。文化人格即個體在接受特定文化塑造時，，通過對特定文化的內(nèi)化及個體社會化后所形成的穩(wěn)定的心理結(jié)構(gòu)和行為方式。思想政治教育的基礎(chǔ)就是人格教育，如何通過思想政治教育幫助大學(xué)生形成健全的文化人格關(guān)系到高校思想政治教育實效性的實現(xiàn)、關(guān)系到大學(xué)生自身的全面發(fā)展、同時也關(guān)系到祖國的發(fā)展和未來。 高校思想政治教育工作的開展，必須切實重視大學(xué)生文化人格的教育和培養(yǎng)。而大學(xué)生文化人格的教育和培養(yǎng)是一項非常復(fù)雜與艱難的工作，關(guān)乎到整個大的文化環(huán)境的狀況、關(guān)乎到思想政治教育工作的方式和方法，同時，也與大學(xué)生的思想與心理狀況相關(guān)。因此，如何教育和培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生形成健全的文化人格，需要全面而深刻地分析我國當(dāng)前的文化環(huán)境和所面臨的文化形勢，需要與時俱進地更新思想政治教育的方式方法，更需要準確、具體地了解大學(xué)生的思想狀態(tài)。本文主要圍繞當(dāng)代大學(xué)生文化人格鑄造這一主題，強調(diào)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生文化人格鑄造的重要性，明確當(dāng)代社會對大學(xué)生文化人格發(fā)展的要求，闡述當(dāng)代大學(xué)生文化人格發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀，并分析了文化環(huán)境、思想政治教育方式以及當(dāng)代大學(xué)生自身的文化判斷與文化選擇能力對大學(xué)生文化人格發(fā)展的影響。進而提出鑄造當(dāng)代大學(xué)生文化人格的目標以及要遵循的原則，從客觀的文化環(huán)境建設(shè)、思想政治教育方式的轉(zhuǎn)型、當(dāng)代大學(xué)生主體的文化自覺三個方面尋求鑄造當(dāng)代大學(xué)生文化人格的途徑。
[Abstract]:The ideological and political education is an important part of our spiritual and cultural construction, is to help students establish a correct outlook on life and values, enhance the students' sense of social responsibility, the main ways for the formation of cultural personality. Personality is the individual culture in an specific culture, formed by the internalization of specific culture and individual socialization after the stable psychological structure and behavior. The foundation of Ideological and political education is the personality education, through the ideological and political education to help students form a healthy cultural personality in relation to the ideological and political education to realize education effectiveness, related to the comprehensive development of college students, but also related to the development of the motherland and the future.
The ideological and political education work, attention should be paid to the education and cultivation of College Students' cultural personality and cultural personality of college students. The education and training is a very complex and difficult work, relates to the whole cultural environment, related to the ways and means of Ideological and political education work at the same time, is also associated with ideological and psychological status of the college students. This paper mainly focuses on Contemporary College Students' cultural personality casting this theme, emphasizing the importance of contemporary college students' cultural personality of casting, clear of student culture in contemporary society Personality development, explains the current situation of contemporary college students' cultural personality development, and analyzes the influence of cultural environment, cultural judgment and cultural choice of Ideological and political education and the ability of contemporary college students on College Students' cultural personality development. Then put forward the casting of contemporary college students' cultural personality goal and principles, from the cultural environment construction objective and the transformation of the mode of Ideological and political education. The three aspects of contemporary college students' subject consciousness of culture to seek ways of casting of contemporary college students' cultural personality.
