高校思想政治教育動力與接受機制研究

【摘要】:隨著全球化的發(fā)展,思想政治教育也越來越被世界各國高度重視。而高校又是為國家培養(yǎng)和輸送人才的基地,能否讓大學(xué)生成為國家的棟梁之才,思想政治教育發(fā)揮著非常重要的作用。在新時期,思想政治教育面臨著極其復(fù)雜的國際、國內(nèi)環(huán)境,因此,要更好地發(fā)揮思想政治教育育人的作用,就必須要求其在自身發(fā)展過程中不斷的完善。 盡管國內(nèi)對高校思想政治教育動力與接受機制的研究已經(jīng)取得一定的成果,大致可以分為兩類,一類是以思想政治教育動力為研究內(nèi)容;另一類是以思想政治教育接受機制為研究內(nèi)容。但是并沒有把二者結(jié)合起來研究,因此探討關(guān)于思想政治教育運行過程研究的尚缺乏系統(tǒng)性。本文旨意在對高校思想政治教育動力與接受機制研究的過程中,系統(tǒng)地研究了高校思想政治教育動力在接受機制中的作用,以期待對進一步完善高校思想政治教育動力與接受機制措施,更好的發(fā)揮思想政治教育的作用,達到思想政治教育的預(yù)期目的有所裨益。 本論文主要從三個部分對高校思想政治教育動力與接受機制進行了闡述和論證。 第一部分關(guān)于高校思想政治教育動力與接受機制概述。首先界定了高校思想政治教育動力與接受機制的涵義;其次,分別對思想政治教育動力和接受機制的構(gòu)成要素進行了說明;最后還分析了高校接受思想政治教育的現(xiàn)狀,找出問題所在。 第二部分主要闡述了高校思想政治教育動力在接受機制中的作用。即高校思想政治教育動力決定接受機制運行的方向并貫穿于接受機制的始終。 第三部分主要闡述了促進高校思想政治教育動力與接受機制完善的舉措。這是本論文的重點。首先,明確高校思想政治教育動力觀念,就要做到更新觀念,并且要強化動力意識,為思想政治教育接受機制的運行提供適當動力;其次,要充分認識高校思想政治教育接受機制運行的特點,即反復(fù)性、多端性和社會性;再次,把握高校思想政治教育接受機制要素間的協(xié)調(diào)性,即主體間的互動性和主體、介體與環(huán)體的和諧性;最后,完善動力的保障措施,實現(xiàn)思想政治教育接受機制良性運行,這就要求高校要堅持正確的政策導(dǎo)向,建立合理的保障制度,同時加大經(jīng)費、人力、物力的投入。
[Abstract]:With the development of globalization, ideological and political education has been paid more and more attention to all over the world. Ideological and political education is playing a very important role. In the new era, ideological and political education is faced with extremely complex international and domestic environments. Therefore, it is necessary to better play the role of ideological and political education in educating people. It must be in its own development process of continuous improvement. Although domestic research on the motivation and acceptance mechanism of ideological and political education in colleges and universities has made some achievements, it can be roughly divided into two categories, one is the motive force of ideological and political education as the research content; The other is to take the acceptance mechanism of ideological and political education as the research content. However, it does not combine the two studies. Therefore, the research on the process of ideological and political education is still lack of systematic.In the process of studying the motive force and acceptance mechanism of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, This paper systematically studies the role of the motive force of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the acceptance mechanism, in order to look forward to further perfecting the motive force and acceptance mechanism measures of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, so as to play a better role in ideological and political education. Achieving the expected goal of ideological and political education is beneficial. This paper expounds and demonstrates the motivation and acceptance mechanism of ideological and political education in colleges and universities from three parts. The first part is an overview of the motivation and acceptance mechanism of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Firstly, it defines the meaning of the motivation and acceptance mechanism of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. It explains the motive force of ideological and political education and the constituent elements of acceptance mechanism, and finally analyzes the present situation of accepting ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and finds out the problems. The second part mainly expounds the role of the motivation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the acceptance mechanism, that is, the motive force of ideological and political education in colleges and universities determines the direction of the operation of the acceptance mechanism and runs through the whole acceptance mechanism. The third part mainly expounds the measures to improve the motivation and acceptance mechanism of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. This is the focus of this paper. First of all, it is necessary to renew the concept of motivation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. And to strengthen the dynamic consciousness, to provide the appropriate power for the ideological and political education acceptance mechanism operation; secondly, to fully understand the characteristics of the ideological and political education acceptance mechanism in colleges and universities, that is, repetition, multi-ends and sociality; again, To grasp the coordination among the elements of the acceptance mechanism of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, that is, the interaction between the subjects and the harmony between the media and the environment, and finally, to improve the safeguard measures of the motive force, and to realize the benign operation of the acceptance mechanism of ideological and political education. This requires colleges and universities to adhere to the correct policy guidance, establish a reasonable security system, and increase funding, human and material input.
