【摘要】：產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作符合現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟、科技與社會協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的潮流，是歷史發(fā)展的大趨勢，已經(jīng)對世界經(jīng)濟發(fā)展起到了巨大推動作用。我國高校產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作的理論與實踐研究正在深人發(fā)展，取得了一定成績，但由于起步較晚，再加上人們對其認(rèn)識程度有待進一步深化，因此對產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作的內(nèi)容、特點、模式和運行機制等尚需進行系統(tǒng)的理論探索，再加上我國目前還缺乏相應(yīng)的配套政策與法律、法規(guī)等等，這些都迫切要求在新形勢下進一步加強產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作的理論研究，對于推動高校產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作的持續(xù)發(fā)展的具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 要實現(xiàn)對高校產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作持續(xù)發(fā)展，就要對知識經(jīng)濟和世界經(jīng)濟一體化條件下高校產(chǎn)學(xué)研結(jié)合的發(fā)展趨勢進行科學(xué)分析，并探索適應(yīng)我國市場經(jīng)濟需要的規(guī)范、高效、有序、開放和可持續(xù)發(fā)展的模式。本文主要運用了文獻綜述，通過搜集大量文獻，包括中、英文期刊和相關(guān)的著作，占有較充實的研究資料，以及國家和山東省政府文件，采納了重要的權(quán)威性的文獻資料。 本研究首先對產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作持續(xù)發(fā)展的相關(guān)概念進行界定、對產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作可持續(xù)發(fā)展的相關(guān)理論進行梳理，整體分析了我國產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作發(fā)展的基本概況，為研究高校產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作持續(xù)發(fā)展的對策研究奠定基礎(chǔ)。分析了美、日、德等國外主要發(fā)達國家高校產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作的模式，探析其成功經(jīng)驗對我國的啟示，然后以山東高校產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作現(xiàn)狀為實證調(diào)研對象，著重分析山東高校產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作發(fā)展的模式和運行機制，探討山東高校產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作持續(xù)發(fā)展過程中遇到的問題和發(fā)展瓶頸，根據(jù)山東“十二五”規(guī)劃綱要，提出了在經(jīng)濟發(fā)展重點，以及產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作的主要領(lǐng)域，針對問題和任務(wù)，，總結(jié)產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作持續(xù)發(fā)展的對策建議，以再推動山東乃高校產(chǎn)學(xué)研可持續(xù)發(fā)展起到一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:The cooperation between industry, university and research conforms to the trend of harmonious development of modern economy, science and technology and society, and is the general trend of historical development. The research on the theory and practice of the cooperation between production, college and research in our country is developing deeply and has made some achievements, but due to the late start, In addition, people's understanding of it needs to be further deepened, so the contents, characteristics, modes and operating mechanisms of industry-university-research cooperation still need to be systematically explored. In addition, our country still lacks corresponding supporting policies and laws at present. Laws and regulations and so on, these urgent requirements in the new situation to further strengthen the theoretical research of industry-university-research cooperation, for the promotion of the sustainable development of the cooperation of colleges, universities and colleges has an important practical significance. In order to realize the sustainable development of the cooperation between production, education and research in colleges and universities, it is necessary to scientifically analyze the development trend of the combination of production, education and research under the conditions of knowledge economy and the integration of world economy, and to explore the norms, efficiency and order to meet the needs of the market economy of our country. This paper mainly uses literature review, through collecting a large number of documents, including Chinese, English journals and related works, to occupy more abundant research materials, as well as documents of the state and Shandong provincial government. Important authoritative literature was adopted. This research firstly defines the related concepts of industry-university-research cooperation sustainable development, combs the relevant theories of industry-university-research cooperation sustainable development, and analyzes the basic situation of our country's industry-university-research cooperation development. This paper lays a foundation for the study of the countermeasures for the sustainable development of the cooperation between universities, colleges and universities. It analyzes the models of the cooperation between universities, colleges and universities in the major developed countries, such as the United States, Japan and Germany, and probes into the enlightenment of its successful experience to our country. Then taking the current situation of the cooperation of production, college, research and research in Shandong universities as the empirical research object, the paper emphatically analyzes the mode and operation mechanism of the development of the industry, college and research cooperation in Shandong universities, and probes into the problems and bottlenecks encountered in the process of the sustainable development of the cooperation between the production, the college and the university in Shandong province. According to the outline of the 12th Five-Year Plan of Shandong Province, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the sustainable development of industry-university-research cooperation in the key areas of economic development, as well as in the main fields of industry-university-research cooperation, aiming at the problems and tasks. In order to promote the sustainable development of production, education and research in Shandong Province, it can be used for reference.
