【摘要】：高校思想政治理論課精品課程建設(shè)作為國家精品課程建設(shè)工程的重要組成部分，是思想政治理論課改革的核心要素，也是提高思想政治理論課教學(xué)質(zhì)量的重要舉措。從2003年至今，我國逐步建成了覆蓋全國高校的校級、省級、國家級思想政治理論課精品課程體系，對推進(jìn)思想政治理論課建設(shè)和改革，推動馬克思主義理論學(xué)科發(fā)展，有著重要和深遠(yuǎn)的意義。 本研究從眾多校級、省級、國家級精品課程建設(shè)的研究中挑選出典型進(jìn)行研究。在對其進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上，了解到目前的思想政治理論課精品課程精品課程建設(shè)雖取得了一定成績，但也存在精品建設(shè)水平不高、師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)有待加強(qiáng)、實(shí)踐教學(xué)比較薄弱、網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源建設(shè)有待完善、建設(shè)成果不明顯等問題。本研究梳理、歸納了精品課程建設(shè)的思路和經(jīng)驗(yàn)，試圖構(gòu)建一個系統(tǒng)完整、切實(shí)可行的思想政治理論課精品課程建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系，以供思想政治理論課建設(shè)單位借鑒。 思想政治理論課精品課程建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的主要內(nèi)容包括教育思想與課程理念、教學(xué)隊(duì)伍與團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)、教學(xué)內(nèi)容與教學(xué)組織、教學(xué)方法與教學(xué)手段、教學(xué)資源與教學(xué)條件、管理體制與工作機(jī)制、特色項(xiàng)目與教學(xué)效果等七個要素。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)建設(shè)主要堅(jiān)持的原則有：教學(xué)工作與科研工作相協(xié)調(diào)、教學(xué)內(nèi)容與教學(xué)方法相統(tǒng)一、理論教學(xué)與實(shí)踐教學(xué)相并重、堅(jiān)持建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)相兼得。本文分別從建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的內(nèi)涵、特點(diǎn)和建設(shè)路徑進(jìn)行探討，提出相關(guān)建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的分類指標(biāo)和等級標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，提供建設(shè)和完善精品課程各要素的路徑和方法，幫助思想政治理論課教育者和管理者在觀念上形成精品課程建設(shè)的“藍(lán)圖”，，在實(shí)踐中形成具有可比照的內(nèi)在尺度。這樣，有助于促進(jìn)思想政治理論課精品課程的教育教學(xué)過程更加通暢、教學(xué)效果更加明顯、輻射范圍更加寬廣。
[Abstract]:As an important part of the national excellent curriculum construction, the ideological and political theory course construction in colleges and universities is the core element of the ideological and political theory course reform. It is also an important measure to improve the teaching quality of ideological and political theory courses. Since 2003, our country has gradually built up a fine course system of ideological and political theory courses at the university level, provincial level and national level covering the whole country. It is of great significance to promote the construction and reform of ideological and political theory course and to promote the development of Marxist theory. This research selects the typical research from the numerous schools, the provincial level, the national level fine quality curriculum construction research. On the basis of the analysis to it, We know that although some achievements have been made in the construction of top-quality courses of ideological and political theory courses, there are still some problems in the construction of high-quality courses, such as the low level of high-quality construction, the construction of teachers' ranks to be strengthened, the weakness of practical teaching, the construction of network resources, and the need to improve the construction of network resources. This study summarizes the ideas and experiences of the construction of high-quality courses, and tries to build a systematic and feasible standard system for the construction of high-quality courses of ideological and political theory. For the ideological and political theory course construction unit reference. The main contents of the construction standard of the fine course of ideological and political theory course include educational thought and course idea, teaching team and team building, teaching content and teaching organization, teaching method and teaching means, teaching resources and teaching condition. Management system and working mechanism, characteristic items and teaching effect are seven elements. The main principles of standard construction are: coordination of teaching work and scientific research work, unification of teaching content and teaching method, and equal emphasis on theoretical teaching and practical teaching. Insist on both construction standard and evaluation standard. This paper discusses the connotation, characteristics and construction path of construction standard, and puts forward the classification index and grade standard of relevant construction standard. To provide the path and method of constructing and perfecting the essential elements of high-quality courses, to help educators and managers of ideological and political theory to form a blueprint for the construction of high-quality courses in concept, and to form an internal scale with comparable characteristics in practice. It is helpful to promote the process of education and teaching of the excellent courses of ideological and political theory, the teaching effect is more obvious and the range of radiation is wider.
