【摘要】：高校作為傳播社會(huì)主義先進(jìn)文化、培養(yǎng)社會(huì)主義先進(jìn)文化建設(shè)者的主陣地，與生俱來就是文化建設(shè)的主體。大學(xué)文化是社會(huì)主義先進(jìn)文化的重要組成部分，在深化文化體制改革，推動(dòng)社會(huì)主義文化大發(fā)展大繁榮，建設(shè)社會(huì)主義文化強(qiáng)國(guó)的時(shí)代背景下，如何加強(qiáng)大學(xué)文化建設(shè)，提升大學(xué)文化軟實(shí)力，培育大學(xué)精神，打造文化校園，進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生素質(zhì)教育，幫助大學(xué)生樹立科學(xué)正確的世界觀、人生觀、價(jià)值觀、道德觀，培養(yǎng)信念堅(jiān)定、思想道德素質(zhì)高、科學(xué)文化知識(shí)豐富、創(chuàng)新意識(shí)和實(shí)踐能力強(qiáng)的復(fù)合型人才是高校育人的根本所在。 本文從馬克思主義哲學(xué)、高等教育學(xué)、教育文化學(xué)、文化社會(huì)學(xué)等多學(xué)科角度，系統(tǒng)研究了文化校園建設(shè)的理論內(nèi)涵與實(shí)踐建構(gòu)，對(duì)學(xué)生素質(zhì)教育現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行考察與實(shí)證分析的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)高校文化校園的內(nèi)涵、特征、功能、原則、目標(biāo)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的闡述，并從實(shí)踐層面創(chuàng)新性嘗試提出了學(xué)生素質(zhì)教育的文化策略、實(shí)踐路徑及加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)學(xué)生素質(zhì)教育的路徑與措施。 第一章闡述了文化校園建設(shè)的理論內(nèi)涵與實(shí)踐建構(gòu)，對(duì)“文化”和“文化校園”的概念進(jìn)行了界定。在辨析“文化校園”與傳統(tǒng)“校園文化”及“文化型”校園的基礎(chǔ)上，詳細(xì)論述了文化校園的科學(xué)內(nèi)涵、本質(zhì)特征，指出了文化校園微觀實(shí)踐層面上具有“育人、導(dǎo)向、規(guī)范、激勵(lì)、凝聚”等功能，在宏觀及文化特征層面上具有“文化傳承、文化啟蒙、文化自覺、文化創(chuàng)新”等功能；闡述了文化校園建設(shè)的原則與目標(biāo)及構(gòu)建載體，指出文化校園建設(shè)要遵循“主導(dǎo)性、整體性、人本性、創(chuàng)新性、時(shí)代性、特色性”等原則。 第二章論述了學(xué)生素質(zhì)教育的現(xiàn)狀考察與實(shí)證分析，介紹了社會(huì)主義文化建設(shè)背景下，大學(xué)生素質(zhì)教育所面臨的緊迫形勢(shì)，客觀分析了當(dāng)前高校大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作中人文精神、人文關(guān)懷缺失的現(xiàn)象和根源；實(shí)證分析了當(dāng)前高等教育，尤其是新時(shí)期大學(xué)生素質(zhì)教育及大學(xué)生思想道德素質(zhì)、人文素質(zhì)、創(chuàng)新素質(zhì)等方面存在的問題。 第三章提出了學(xué)生素質(zhì)教育的文化策略與實(shí)踐路徑，在厘清文化校園與學(xué)生素質(zhì)教育內(nèi)在關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)上，闡明了學(xué)生素質(zhì)教育視域下文化校園建設(shè)的載體與措施，指出文化校園的建構(gòu)載體主要涵括“物質(zhì)文化、精神文化、制度文化、活動(dòng)文化、行為文化”；在此基礎(chǔ)上，，進(jìn)而提出文化校園視域下強(qiáng)化學(xué)生素質(zhì)教育的具體路徑與措施，即堅(jiān)持文化自信，弘揚(yáng)民族精神和時(shí)代精神；樹立文化自覺，彰顯科學(xué)精神和人文關(guān)懷；推進(jìn)文化創(chuàng)新，培育創(chuàng)新精神和實(shí)踐能力。 總之，文化校園建設(shè)是增強(qiáng)學(xué)生素質(zhì)教育工作針對(duì)性和實(shí)效性的新的文化訴求，是構(gòu)建全方位思想政治教育新格局的必由之路。
[Abstract]:As the main position of propagating socialist advanced culture and cultivating the constructor of socialist advanced culture, colleges and universities are the main body of cultural construction by nature. This paper systematically studies the theoretical connotation and practical construction of cultural campus construction from the perspectives of Marxist philosophy, higher education, educational culturology, cultural sociology, etc. On the basis of investigating and analyzing the present situation of students' quality education, the connotation, characteristics, functions, principles and objectives of the cultural campus in colleges and universities are systematically expounded. At the same time, it puts forward the cultural strategy, the practical path and the ways and measures to strengthen and improve the students' quality education. The first chapter expounds the theoretical connotation and practical construction of cultural campus construction, defines the concepts of "culture" and "cultural campus". On the basis of discriminating between "cultural campus" and traditional "campus culture" and "cultural type" campus, This paper discusses in detail the scientific connotation and essential characteristics of the cultural campus, points out that the microcosmic practice level of the cultural campus has the functions of "educating, guiding, standardizing, encouraging and condensing", and has "cultural heritage" in the macroscopic and cultural characteristic levels.
