【摘要】：文章對(duì)教學(xué)滿(mǎn)意度影響因素的16個(gè)觀察變量,根據(jù)量表內(nèi)容構(gòu)建教學(xué)態(tài)度、教學(xué)技能、教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)方法四個(gè)潛變量;對(duì)教學(xué)滿(mǎn)意度的7個(gè)觀察變量構(gòu)建了教學(xué)滿(mǎn)意度、學(xué)生參與度兩個(gè)潛變量,然后運(yùn)用結(jié)構(gòu)方程建模(SEM)技術(shù)建立全模型進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn),得到了影響教學(xué)滿(mǎn)意度和學(xué)生參與度的定量分析結(jié)論。結(jié)果表明,教學(xué)態(tài)度對(duì)教學(xué)滿(mǎn)意度的影響最大,教學(xué)內(nèi)容和教學(xué)方法對(duì)學(xué)生參與度影響較大,學(xué)生參與度對(duì)教學(xué)滿(mǎn)意度有一定的影響。
[Abstract]:In this paper, 16 observation variables of influencing factors of teaching satisfaction are discussed, four latent variables of teaching attitude, teaching skill, teaching content and teaching method are constructed according to the contents of the scale, and the teaching satisfaction degree is constructed for 7 observation variables of teaching satisfaction. The two latent variables of student participation are tested by using structural equation modeling (SEM) technique, and the quantitative analysis results are obtained, which affect the degree of teaching satisfaction and student participation. Teaching attitude has the greatest influence on teaching satisfaction, teaching content and teaching method have great influence on students' participation, and students' participation has certain influence on teaching satisfaction.
