【摘要】：近年來,國內(nèi)許多高校紛紛把本科教育質(zhì)量的提高作為人才培養(yǎng)的重要一環(huán)。本科教育的重要性不僅在于能夠使學(xué)生構(gòu)建一個(gè)比較完整的知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)和形成科學(xué)的思維方法,更重要的使學(xué)生在四年的時(shí)間里逐步形成獨(dú)立的世界觀、人生觀與價(jià)值觀。因此,各大高校紛紛探討和實(shí)踐本科生的培養(yǎng)模式,本科生導(dǎo)師制就是在此過程中被廣泛應(yīng)用的一種創(chuàng)新模式,亦即一種導(dǎo)師與學(xué)生在互動(dòng)中通過構(gòu)建起和諧融洽的關(guān)系,進(jìn)而全面指導(dǎo)學(xué)生成長的培養(yǎng)模式。這一模式取得了一定的成效,但就預(yù)期設(shè)想與實(shí)際操作的結(jié)果對(duì)比來看還有不少需要完善的地方。本文通過查閱學(xué)術(shù)界現(xiàn)有的相關(guān)研究成果,力圖梳理出本科生導(dǎo)師制的歷史淵源與發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀；通過研究國內(nèi)數(shù)所高校的相關(guān)制度規(guī)定,考查這些高校對(duì)于本科生導(dǎo)師制的理解與重視程度；通過對(duì)參與本科生導(dǎo)師制的教育學(xué)生發(fā)放問卷及進(jìn)行訪談,盡可能地了解這一模式在具體實(shí)施過程中的真實(shí)情況,以求能夠更加清晰地了解本科生導(dǎo)師制目前存在的問題,探究解決這些問題的有效途徑。 本文主要分為以下四個(gè)部分： 緒論部分介紹了本研究的選題緣由、研究思路、研究方法與研究現(xiàn)狀。 第一部分詳細(xì)介紹了本科生導(dǎo)師制基本情況。在界定了本科生導(dǎo)師制的基本概念之后,回顧了這一教學(xué)管理模式的起源和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,展示了這一模式的特征,并闡述了在思想政治教育視野下利用這一模式進(jìn)行教學(xué)管理的意義。 第二部分在思想政治教育視野下研究了國內(nèi)本科生導(dǎo)師制的實(shí)施現(xiàn)狀。其內(nèi)容包括：了解國內(nèi)高校本科生導(dǎo)師制的實(shí)踐情況并查閱國內(nèi)高校的相關(guān)規(guī)定；針對(duì)本科生導(dǎo)師制與思想政治教育工作的進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查以及分析；探討思想政治教育視野下本科生導(dǎo)師制存在的問題并從學(xué)校、教師、學(xué)生三方面對(duì)其進(jìn)行歸因分析。 第三部分展望了在思想政治教育視野下本科生導(dǎo)師制的發(fā)展方向,其理想構(gòu)建應(yīng)包括：細(xì)化導(dǎo)師制內(nèi)容,明確導(dǎo)師思想政治教育職能；注重導(dǎo)師個(gè)人素養(yǎng),實(shí)行師生雙選機(jī)制；確定組織形式,合理安排活動(dòng)內(nèi)容；加強(qiáng)導(dǎo)師與其他教育力量的交流,優(yōu)化導(dǎo)師隊(duì)伍結(jié)構(gòu)；完善相應(yīng)機(jī)制,增強(qiáng)導(dǎo)學(xué)有效性這些方面。
[Abstract]:In recent years. Many colleges and universities in China regard the improvement of the quality of undergraduate education as an important part of the cultivation of talents. The importance of undergraduate education lies not only in enabling students to construct a relatively complete knowledge structure and in forming scientific thinking methods. . More importantly, students in four years gradually form an independent world outlook, outlook on life and values. Therefore, colleges and universities have explored and practiced undergraduate training model. The undergraduate tutorial system is a kind of innovation mode which is widely used in this process, that is, a kind of teacher and student in the interaction through the construction of harmonious relationship. And then guide the cultivation model of students' growth. This model has achieved certain results. However, there are still a lot of areas to be improved by comparing the expected assumptions with the actual operation results. This paper refers to the existing academic research results. Trying to sort out the history of undergraduate tutorial system and the development of the status quo; By studying the relevant system regulations of several universities in China, this paper examines the understanding and importance of the tutorial system of undergraduate students in these colleges and universities. Through the participation of undergraduate tutorial system of education students to send questionnaires and interviews, as far as possible to understand this model in the concrete implementation of the real situation. In order to understand the problems of undergraduate tutorial system more clearly and explore the effective way to solve these problems. This paper is divided into the following four parts: The introduction part introduces the reason, the research thought, the research method and the present situation of this research. The first part introduces the basic situation of undergraduate tutorial system in detail. After defining the basic concept of undergraduate tutorial system, it reviews the origin and development of this teaching management model, and shows the characteristics of this model. And elaborated in the ideological and political education visual field of vision uses this one pattern to carry on the teaching management significance. The second part of the ideological and political education in the perspective of the implementation of the domestic undergraduate tutorial system, including: understand the practice of undergraduate tutorial system in domestic colleges and universities and refer to the relevant provisions; The author carries on the questionnaire survey and the analysis to the undergraduate tutor system and the ideological and political education work; This paper probes into the problems existing in the tutorial system of undergraduates from the perspective of ideological and political education and analyzes its attribution from three aspects: school, teacher and student. The third part looks forward to the development direction of undergraduate tutorial system in the view of ideological and political education. The ideal construction of the tutorial system should include: refining the content of tutorial system and clarifying the function of tutor ideological and political education; Pay attention to the personal accomplishment of teachers and students, and implement the mechanism of teachers and students' double selection; To determine the organizational form and arrange the activities reasonably; Strengthen the communication between mentors and other educational forces, optimize the structure of tutors; Improve the corresponding mechanism, enhance the effectiveness of these aspects of guidance.
