【摘要】：心理契約的建構(gòu)是大學(xué)生思想政治教育內(nèi)化實現(xiàn)的基本前提，以期望為核心的心理契約本質(zhì)上是大學(xué)生思想政治教育內(nèi)化的心理動力之一。將心理契約思想引進高校思想政治教育內(nèi)化過程中，滿足了高校思想政治教育主體間的心理需求，尤其是從大學(xué)生的心理期望出發(fā)，可以使現(xiàn)代思想政治教育活動突破傳統(tǒng)的硬性強制灌輸，使之建立在一種人性化的良性互動基礎(chǔ)上，，更有利于大學(xué)生內(nèi)化思想政治教育的基本內(nèi)容，實現(xiàn)思想政治教育本質(zhì)回歸。 本文以心理契約為切入點，對大學(xué)生思想政治教育內(nèi)化展開深入研究。首先通過對思想政治教育內(nèi)化與心理契約基本概念、特征、類型和基本規(guī)律的闡述，探討了大學(xué)生思想政治教育內(nèi)化和心理契約思想的理論與現(xiàn)實邏輯關(guān)系；其次在系統(tǒng)完善的理論支撐基礎(chǔ)上，進一步分析了大學(xué)生思想政治教育內(nèi)化過程中心理契約締結(jié)的基本環(huán)節(jié)和達成階段；最后針對當(dāng)前我國大學(xué)生思想政治教育內(nèi)化中契約精神缺失的表現(xiàn)，基于心理契約思想，從外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部環(huán)境兩個方面，有針對性地提出了優(yōu)化大學(xué)生思想政治教育內(nèi)化模式的切實可行方案，對于提高大學(xué)生思想政治教育內(nèi)化效果的實效性具有積極價值。
[Abstract]:The construction of psychological contract is the basic premise of realizing the internalization of college students' ideological and political education. The psychological contract with expectation as the core is essentially one of the psychological motive forces for the internalization of ideological and political education of college students, which is introduced into the process of internalization of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Meet the psychological needs of ideological and political education subjects in colleges and universities, especially from the psychological expectations of college students, can make modern ideological and political education activities break through the traditional mandatory indoctrination. It is beneficial to internalize the basic content of ideological and political education and realize the essence return of ideological and political education. This paper takes the psychological contract as the breakthrough point, carries on the thorough research to the university student's ideological and political education internalization. First, through the elaboration of the basic concept, characteristic, type and basic law of the ideological and political education internalization and the psychological contract. This paper probes into the logical relationship between the theory and the reality of the internalization of ideological and political education of college students and the thought of psychological contract. Secondly, on the basis of systematic and perfect theory support, it further analyzes the basic link and the stage of the conclusion of psychological contract in the process of internalizing ideological and political education of college students. Finally, aiming at the lack of contract spirit in the internalization of college students' ideological and political education in our country, based on the psychological contract thought, from the external environment and the internal environment two aspects. This paper puts forward a feasible plan to optimize the internalization mode of college students' ideological and political education, which has positive value for improving the effectiveness of the internalization effect of college students' ideological and political education.
