【摘要】：為破解大學(xué)生就業(yè)難題,提升大學(xué)生就業(yè)力,近年來我國高校紛紛開設(shè)職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃課程,把職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育作為提高大學(xué)生就業(yè)力的重要手段。由于我國大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育剛剛起步,職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的實效性受到普遍關(guān)注。本文就此開展了一系列的調(diào)查研究,通過調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),當(dāng)前我國職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育存在師資隊伍力量薄弱,教學(xué)管理比較松散,職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育本土化研究不足等主要問題,導(dǎo)致職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的實效性不強(qiáng),不少大學(xué)生仍存在對職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃缺乏正確認(rèn)識,對自身特性和職業(yè)環(huán)境缺乏深入了解,對擇業(yè)就業(yè)缺乏合理定位等普遍問題。因此,深入開展大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育實效性的研究,積極探索提高大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育實效性的對策,切實幫助大學(xué)生科學(xué)規(guī)劃自己的職業(yè)生涯,對國家、社會以及大學(xué)生都具有重要的意義。針對當(dāng)前職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育中存在的問題,本文認(rèn)為一方面要積極發(fā)揮政府指揮棒作用,為職業(yè)規(guī)劃教育提供良好的制度保障,營造積極的社會輿論環(huán)境,調(diào)動政府、高校和企業(yè)等多方力量通力協(xié)作；另一方面要著力提高職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育水平,增強(qiáng)師資隊伍力量,完善教育質(zhì)量評價體系,搭建大學(xué)生社會實踐平臺,創(chuàng)新教育工作方法,想方設(shè)法、堅持不懈的做好大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育工作。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the employment problem of college students and improve their employability, in recent years, our universities have set up career planning courses. Take career planning education as an important means to improve the employability of college students, because the career planning education of college students in our country has just started. The effectiveness of career planning education has received widespread attention. This paper carried out a series of investigation and research, through which we found that there is a weak force of teachers in career planning education in our country at present. The loose teaching management and insufficient research on localization of career planning education lead to the lack of practical effect of career planning education. Many college students still lack a correct understanding of career planning. Lack of in-depth understanding of their own characteristics and professional environment, lack of a reasonable position of employment and other common problems. Therefore, in-depth research on the effectiveness of career planning education for college students. Actively explore ways to improve the effectiveness of college students' career planning education, and help students scientifically plan their own career, to the country. Society as well as college students are of great significance. In view of the problems existing in the current career planning education, this paper argues that on the one hand, the role of the government baton should be actively brought into play. To provide good system guarantee for career planning education, to create a positive social public opinion environment, to mobilize the government, colleges and universities and enterprises and other forces to work together; On the other hand, it is necessary to improve the education level of career planning, strengthen the strength of teachers, improve the evaluation system of educational quality, set up a social practice platform for college students, innovate educational work methods and find ways to do so. Unremitting to do a good job in career planning and education of college students.
