和諧校園視角下的高校輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)倦怠研究

【摘要】:中國共產(chǎn)黨十六屆四中全會提出“構(gòu)建社會主義和諧社會”的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),高校作為社會系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分,承擔(dān)著培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)人才的重任,構(gòu)建和諧校園對構(gòu)建社會主義和諧社會具有重要的地位和作用。高校輔導(dǎo)員作為大學(xué)生思想政治教育的主力軍,是大學(xué)生健康成長的指導(dǎo)者和引路人,同時(shí),由于輔導(dǎo)員超負(fù)荷的工作量、模糊的角色定位、較大的心理壓力等各種因素,在輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍中普遍存在著職業(yè)倦怠的現(xiàn)象,這不僅影響到輔導(dǎo)員個(gè)人的發(fā)展、學(xué)生的成長,影響到學(xué)生思想政治教育的效果,也影響到高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍的建設(shè)與和諧校園的構(gòu)建。 本文結(jié)合筆者工作實(shí)際,從輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展的三個(gè)階段,分析和探討了輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)倦怠產(chǎn)生的原因,進(jìn)而提出了預(yù)防和克服輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)倦怠的主要路徑。 本文分為四個(gè)部分: 第一部分,主要闡述了高校輔導(dǎo)員在構(gòu)建和諧校園中的地位和作用。輔導(dǎo)員在學(xué)生思想政治教育中具有不可替代的地位和作用,是學(xué)生教育管理和校園文化建設(shè)的中堅(jiān)力量,在學(xué)生弱勢群體教育和心理健康教育中發(fā)揮著特殊的作用。 第二部分,重點(diǎn)分析了高校輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)倦怠的現(xiàn)狀及其表現(xiàn)形式和危害。主要通過隨機(jī)調(diào)查,反映高校輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)倦怠的現(xiàn)狀,分析了輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)倦怠的六種表現(xiàn)形式,以及對輔導(dǎo)員自身、學(xué)生和學(xué)校發(fā)展的負(fù)面影響。 第三部分,主要分析了輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展的初期、中期和后期三個(gè)階段出現(xiàn)職業(yè)倦怠的原因。在輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展的初期,出現(xiàn)職業(yè)倦怠的原因是因?yàn)楣ぷ鲏毫Υ蟆⒙殬I(yè)選擇不當(dāng)、角色定位模糊;在輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展的中期,出現(xiàn)職業(yè)倦怠的原因是因?yàn)槿狈φJ(rèn)同感、職業(yè)瓶頸、缺乏專業(yè)知識結(jié)構(gòu);在輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展的后期,出現(xiàn)職業(yè)倦怠的原因是因?yàn)檫M(jìn)入職業(yè)生涯高原,失去動力。 第四部分,主要提出了預(yù)防和克服輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)倦怠的路徑。從提高輔導(dǎo)員的政治理論素養(yǎng)、業(yè)務(wù)能力和心理素質(zhì),強(qiáng)化輔導(dǎo)員的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃,推進(jìn)輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍的職業(yè)化,優(yōu)化對輔導(dǎo)員的考核評價(jià)激勵(lì)制度等幾個(gè)方面,探討了預(yù)防和克服輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)倦怠的路徑。
[Abstract]:The fourth Plenary session of the 16 CPC Central Committee put forward the strategic goal of "building a harmonious socialist society". As an important part of the social system, colleges and universities are shouldering the heavy task of cultivating high-quality talents. The construction of harmonious campus plays an important role in building a harmonious socialist society. As the main force of ideological and political education for college students, college counselors are the guides and guides for the healthy growth of college students. Due to the workload of counselors, fuzzy role positioning, greater psychological pressure and other factors, there is a general phenomenon of job burnout in the counselors, which not only affects the personal development of counselors. The growth of students affects the effect of ideological and political education, the construction of college counselors and the construction of harmonious campus. This paper analyzes and discusses the causes of counselors' job burnout from the three stages of the development of counselors' career in the light of the author's work practice. Then it puts forward the main ways to prevent and overcome the job burnout of counselors. This paper is divided into four parts: The first part mainly expounds the status and role of college counselors in constructing harmonious campus. Counselors have irreplaceable status and role in the ideological and political education of students. It is the backbone of students' education management and campus culture construction, and plays a special role in the education of students' disadvantaged groups and mental health. The second part focuses on the analysis of the status quo of college counselors' job burnout and its manifestation and harm. It mainly reflects the status quo of college counselors' job burnout through random investigation. This paper analyzes the six forms of job burnout of counselors and their negative effects on the development of counselors themselves, students and schools. The third part mainly analyzes the causes of burnout in the early, middle and late stages of counselors' career development. The cause of job burnout is that the job pressure is great, the job choice is improper, and the role orientation is vague; In the middle of the career development of counselors, the causes of job burnout are lack of identity, professional bottleneck and lack of professional knowledge structure. In the later stage of counselors' career development, the reason of job burnout is the loss of motivation after entering the career plateau. In the 4th part, the author puts forward the ways to prevent and overcome the counselors' job burnout, from improving the counselors' political theory accomplishment, professional ability and psychological quality, and strengthening the counselors' career planning. In order to promote the professionalization of counselors and optimize the evaluation and encouragement system of counselors, this paper discusses the ways to prevent and overcome the job burnout of counselors.
