基于創(chuàng)新思維發(fā)展的大學生社會實踐研究

【摘要】:創(chuàng)新思維是主體在理論或實踐需要的驅動下,以一定理論知識和實踐經(jīng)驗為基礎,充分發(fā)揮能動作用,突破傳統(tǒng)思維習慣和思維定勢,以靈活、新穎、獨特的方式,多角度探求事物規(guī)律的思維活動,它是人類特有的思維活動的高級形態(tài),是創(chuàng)新實踐和創(chuàng)造能力發(fā)揮的前提。 大學生社會實踐是指大學生按照培養(yǎng)目標的要求,有計劃、有組織的參與政治、經(jīng)濟、文化生活的教育活動,并在此過程中了解國情、接受教育、增長才干,是中國特色社會主義高等教育的重要組成部分。社會實踐使大學生廣泛地接觸社會、不斷地參與社會生活,培養(yǎng)和鍛煉了他們的自主創(chuàng)新能力、社會實踐能力和創(chuàng)造創(chuàng)業(yè)能力,促進他們在理論和實踐相結合的過程中認識社會、增長才干、健康成長。 在我國高等教育人才培養(yǎng)中,大學生社會實踐有著優(yōu)良的傳統(tǒng),始終受到黨和國家的高度重視,為廣大學生所關心和關注。社會實踐不僅是思想政治教育的重要抓手,已經(jīng)成為我國高等教育人才培養(yǎng)的重要環(huán)節(jié),,更是提高人才培養(yǎng)質量的重要途徑和手段。同時,這一優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)和有效方法對于進一步激發(fā)和培養(yǎng)大學生創(chuàng)新思維有著積極的作用,業(yè)已逐漸成為培養(yǎng)大學生創(chuàng)新思維、鍛煉實踐能力的重要渠道之一。無數(shù)實踐證明,社會實踐在大學生創(chuàng)新思維發(fā)展方面有著不可替代的重要作用。因此,在創(chuàng)新成為經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展主要驅動力、國家競爭力的核心要素的當今時代,在高等教育人才培養(yǎng)中進一步發(fā)揮社會實踐的功效,深化社會實踐對大學生創(chuàng)新思維發(fā)展的認識,探索在社會實踐中培養(yǎng)大學生創(chuàng)新思維,對以培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新人才為主要任務的高等教育有著非常重要的理論意義和實踐意義。 本文利用文獻研究法、問卷調查法及訪談調查法,從相關概念分析入手,深入剖析了大學生社會實踐的基本內涵和理論依據(jù),創(chuàng)新思維的內涵,特別是創(chuàng)新思維的影響因素和產(chǎn)生條件。重點探討了社會實踐對思維發(fā)散與視角轉換的促進功能、對想象力與綜合能力的發(fā)展功能、對創(chuàng)新思維的啟發(fā)與輔助功能、對創(chuàng)新思維的實踐與反思功能。從社會、高校、教師、大學生等方面就實現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新思維和社會實踐緊密結合,促進大學生創(chuàng)新思維發(fā)展提出了對策。
[Abstract]:Creative thinking is driven by the need of theory or practice, based on certain theoretical knowledge and practical experience, to give full play to the dynamic role, break through the traditional thinking habits and thinking patterns, flexible and novel. The unique way, the multi-angle exploration thing law thought activity, it is the human unique thought activity high level form, is the innovation practice and the creation ability exertion premise. College students' social practice means that college students participate in political, economic and cultural activities in a planned and organized manner in accordance with the requirements of the training goals, and in the process they understand the national conditions, receive education, and increase their talents. It is an important part of the socialist higher education with Chinese characteristics. Social practice makes college students contact the society extensively, participate in the social life constantly, and cultivate and exercise their independent innovation ability. The ability of social practice and creation of entrepreneurship can promote their understanding of society, increase their talents and grow healthily in the process of combining theory and practice. In the training of talents in higher education in China, the social practice of college students has a good tradition and has always been attached great importance to by the Party and the country. Social practice is not only an important grasp of ideological and political education, but also an important link in the cultivation of talents in higher education in China. It is also an important way and means to improve the quality of talent training. At the same time, this fine tradition and effective method play a positive role in further stimulating and cultivating the innovative thinking of college students. It has gradually become one of the important channels to cultivate college students' innovative thinking and practice ability. Numerous practices have proved that social practice plays an irreplaceable role in the development of college students' innovative thinking. In the present era when innovation has become the main driving force of economic and social development and the core element of national competitiveness, the effectiveness of social practice has been further brought into play in the cultivation of talents in higher education. Deepen the social practice of the development of innovative thinking of college students, explore the cultivation of innovative thinking in social practice. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to the higher education, whose main task is to train innovative talents. Based on literature research, questionnaire survey and interview investigation, this paper analyzes the basic connotation and theoretical basis of college students' social practice and the connotation of innovative thinking from the analysis of relevant concepts. Especially the influencing factors and producing conditions of innovative thinking. This paper focuses on the promotion function of social practice to the divergence of thinking and the transformation of visual angle, and the development function of imagination and comprehensive ability. Enlighten and assist the innovative thinking, practice and reflect on the innovative thinking. From the society, universities, teachers, college students and other aspects of the realization of innovative thinking and social practice. Some countermeasures are put forward to promote the development of college students' innovative thinking.
