【摘要】：基于結(jié)構(gòu)化訪談和多層次組織行為問(wèn)卷,實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)大學(xué)跨學(xué)科學(xué)術(shù)組織特征與科學(xué)創(chuàng)新能力之間的關(guān)系。研究結(jié)果表明,大學(xué)跨學(xué)科學(xué)術(shù)組織特征顯著影響其科學(xué)創(chuàng)新能力,高跨學(xué)科學(xué)術(shù)組織特征的大學(xué)在科學(xué)創(chuàng)新能力方面顯著高于低跨學(xué)科學(xué)術(shù)特征的大學(xué)。因此,加快跨學(xué)科學(xué)術(shù)組織與制度建設(shè)是提升我國(guó)大學(xué)科學(xué)創(chuàng)新能力的有效途徑。
[Abstract]:Structured interviews and multi-level organizational behavior questionnaire based on the relationship between the empirical test of university interdisciplinary academic organization characteristics and scientific innovation ability. The results show that the university academic organization across the features of discipline greatly influences the scientific innovation ability, high interdisciplinary academic organization characteristics in university scientific innovation ability was significantly higher than that of low interdisciplinary academic characteristics the University. Therefore, to speed up the interdisciplinary academic organization and system construction is an effective way to improve the scientific innovation ability of universities in our country.
