【摘要】：高校女大學(xué)生的就業(yè)觀可以影響到女大學(xué)生對職業(yè)的選擇和對職業(yè)的態(tài)度,進(jìn)而影響到就業(yè),就業(yè)是關(guān)系到國計(jì)民生的大問題,所以要加強(qiáng)對高校女大學(xué)生就業(yè)觀的教育,引導(dǎo)高校女大學(xué)生樹立正確的就業(yè)觀。在對女大學(xué)生進(jìn)行就業(yè)觀的教育時(shí)要針對女大學(xué)生的就業(yè)觀的現(xiàn)狀和女大學(xué)生自身的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行教育。這樣才能夠讓高校女大學(xué)生的就業(yè)觀指導(dǎo)具體的就業(yè)實(shí)踐,實(shí)現(xiàn)順利、高效的就業(yè)。為此對高校女大學(xué)生就業(yè)觀教育的研究對理論和實(shí)踐都有重要的意義。本文在借鑒思想政治教育相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用調(diào)查法、比較分析法、文獻(xiàn)研究法,對東北大學(xué)的學(xué)生開展調(diào)查、采訪并對調(diào)查的結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析。從調(diào)查中發(fā)現(xiàn)女大學(xué)生就業(yè)觀存在的問題,并對存在問題的原因進(jìn)行深入的分析,最后,針對女大學(xué)生就業(yè)觀存在的問題,提出解決的對策。其中主要針對高校在女大學(xué)生進(jìn)行就業(yè)觀教育方面存在的問題提出了高校開展就業(yè)觀教育的原則、方法、途徑等方面提出對策。但是對高校女大學(xué)生進(jìn)行的就業(yè)觀教育,單靠高校的力量還是不夠的,還需要國家完善高校女大學(xué)生就業(yè)的相關(guān)政策、企業(yè)提供更多的就業(yè)機(jī)會等社會因素的幫助和支持。除了這些外部因素可以促進(jìn)大學(xué)生就業(yè)觀教育順利的進(jìn)行之外,還需要女大學(xué)生自身的調(diào)整與提高。首先女大學(xué)生要正確的認(rèn)識自我,其次是提高自身的素質(zhì),再次是調(diào)整好心態(tài),以積極的心態(tài)去面對就業(yè)。最后是提高參與教育活動(dòng)的積極性,這些都為女大學(xué)生就業(yè)觀教育的開展提供了有力的支撐。
[Abstract]:The employment concept of female college students can affect the choice of occupation and attitude of female college students, and then affect the employment, employment is a major problem related to the national economy and people's livelihood. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the education of female college students' view of employment. To guide female college students to set up a correct view of employment. In the education of female college students' view of employment, we should aim at the present situation of female college students' view of employment and the characteristics of female college students. Only in this way can we let female college students be educated. The employment view of college students guides the concrete employment practice. To achieve a smooth and efficient employment. For this reason, the study of female college students' employment concept education is of great significance to both theory and practice. This paper uses the method of investigation on the basis of the relevant theories of ideological and political education. Comparative analysis, literature research, the students of Northeast University to carry out an investigation, interviews and analysis of the results of the survey. And the causes of the problems are in-depth analysis, and finally, in view of the female college students employment concept of the existing problems. To solve the problem, the author puts forward the principles and methods to carry out the employment view education in colleges and universities in view of the problems existing in the female college students' view of employment education. However, it is not enough to rely on the strength of colleges and universities to educate female college students on employment concept, and it is also necessary for the state to improve the employment policy of female college students. Enterprises provide more employment opportunities and other social factors to help and support. In addition to these external factors can promote the smooth education of college students' employment outlook. It also needs the adjustment and improvement of female college students. First, female college students should know themselves correctly, second, improve their own quality, and then adjust their mentality. Finally, it is necessary to improve the enthusiasm of participating in educational activities, which provides a strong support for the development of female college students' employment outlook education.
