濟南市高校教師參與體育鍛煉現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查與分析

【摘要】:自1999年全國各大高校開始擴大招生以來,高校教師作為支撐高等教育大廈基石的領路者,面對更多的學生而承受著不少的壓力,在這個人才的培育基地,他們的教學質(zhì)量直接關系到國家科教興國的戰(zhàn)略政策,影響著社會的發(fā)展進程,面對如此壓力,教師群體的身體健康狀況逐年下降,相當一部分人處于亞健康狀態(tài)。 高校擴招雖然有利于全民素質(zhì)的提高,滿足了人們對受教育的渴求,但學生人數(shù)激增,導致教師、校舍、圖書等人力、物力資源全面緊張。各高校自身為爭取更多的資源而制定了各類措施,開發(fā)和挖掘高校教師的潛能以適應高等教育的深入發(fā)展,從而打造和建設出一只具有較高政治素質(zhì)、文化素質(zhì)、業(yè)務素質(zhì)和心理素質(zhì)的教師隊伍儼然已經(jīng)成為當前高校工作的重中之重,由此也就對高校教師提出了一系列新的要求。在這種形勢下,高校教師面臨著前所未有的職業(yè)壓力,考驗與挑戰(zhàn)。面對教學、科研、后勤保障等繁重的工作壓力的同時,如何保持健康的身體,如何以積極地人生觀、價值觀來應對這些壓力,成為高校教師必須要具備的一項素質(zhì)和能力。 本研究結合濟南市高校教師參與體育鍛煉行為的實際情況,采用文獻資料法查閱相關書籍、文獻、期刊等為研究提供有力的理論依據(jù);運用專家訪談法了解現(xiàn)階段濟南高校教師參加體育鍛煉情況的基本狀態(tài)以及對問卷的設計方法等;采用發(fā)放調(diào)查問卷和走訪的方法調(diào)查統(tǒng)計各項研究所需要的數(shù)據(jù)與結果;合理運用數(shù)理統(tǒng)計分析法對所調(diào)查樣本中變量的差異程度進行計數(shù)運算,得出較為客觀的數(shù)據(jù)依據(jù);最后用邏輯分析法對處理數(shù)據(jù)的結果進行對比分析,運用社會科學等相關理論分析目前濟南市高校教師參與體育鍛煉的行為問題,在廣泛收集資料和深入調(diào)查了解的基礎上,通過將體育運動在高校教師不同年齡階段、不同性別、不同運動項目等之間的開展狀況進行對比分析,找出制約體育鍛煉在高校教師日常參與體育活動過程中發(fā)揮作用的主要因素,,論證高校教師參與體育鍛煉的積極意義。 本研究分以下五個部分: 第一部分提出研究問題、選題依據(jù)及研究目的與意義。 第二部分文獻綜述,閱讀了大量國內(nèi)外有關文獻,列舉了國內(nèi)外關于人們或者教師參與體育鍛煉的研究現(xiàn)狀。 第三部分確定研究對象和方法,設計調(diào)查問卷等等。 第四部分根據(jù)調(diào)查問卷數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計結果,歸納濟南市高校教師參與體育鍛煉的主客觀因素及行為特點。將體育鍛煉在濟南市高校教師的參與體育鍛煉的頻率、強度、持續(xù)時間、項目特征和場所分布等的開展狀況進行對比分析,找出制約體育運動在高校教師日常參與體育活動過程中發(fā)揮作用的主要因素,提出在全民健身計劃中山東省濟南市高校教師應以怎樣的心態(tài)堅持參加體育鍛煉。 第五部分得出結論和建議。總結出濟南市高校教師參與體育鍛煉的現(xiàn)狀,提出有利的建議。建立與完善教師體質(zhì)評價系統(tǒng),加強健康的校園體育文化建設等,提出可行的有針對性的建議與措施。
[Abstract]:Since 1999, the major colleges and universities to expand enrollment, college teachers as the support of Higher Education Foundation of the leader, with more students under a lot of pressure, in the talent cultivation base, their teaching quality is directly related to the strategic policy of the country through science and education in China, affects the development of society, in the face of the pressure, physical health status of teachers group decreased year by year, quite a number of people in sub-health state.
College enrollment is helpful to the improvement of people's quality, to meet the people's desire for education, but the surge in the number of students to teachers, school, library and human resources, full of tension. The universities to attract more resources and develop various measures, development and mining of university teachers to adapt to the development of potential higher education, so as to create and build a high political quality, cultural quality, professional quality and the psychological quality of teachers has become the priority among priorities in Colleges and universities, which is of high school teachers put forward a series of new requirements. In this situation, college teachers face occupation the hitherto unknown pressure, challenges and challenges. In teaching, scientific research, logistics and other heavy work pressure at the same time, how to maintain a healthy body, how to take a positive outlook on life, the values should be To these pressures, a university teacher must have a quality and ability.
Based on the actual situation of Ji'nan City College Teachers' participation in physical exercise behavior, using the method of literature review of related literature, books, journals provide a strong theoretical basis for the study of the basic state; using the method of expert interview about Ji'nan university teachers at present in physical exercise as well as to the design of the questionnaire method; the data and results the questionnaire and interview method to investigate the statistical research needs; rational use of statistical analysis method for counting the degree of difference between the sample variables, draw more objective data; finally carries on the contrast analysis with logic analysis method of data processing results, using the related theory of social science such as the analysis of behavior problems at present, college teachers in Ji'nan city to participate in physical exercise, based on the extensive collection of information and in-depth investigation on, The sports teachers in Colleges and universities of different age, different gender, different sports between the development condition of comparative analysis, find the restriction of physical exercise daily main factors play a role in the process of sports teachers in Colleges and universities, the demonstration of the positive significance of College Teachers' participation in physical exercise.
This study is divided into 5 parts:
The first part puts forward the research questions, the basis of the topic and the purpose and significance of the research.
The second part of the literature review, read a large number of domestic and foreign relevant literature, and enumerated the research status of people or teachers participating in physical exercise at home and abroad.
The third part determines the research object and method, designs the questionnaire and so on.
The fourth part according to the results of the questionnaire data statistics, induction of College Teachers in Ji'nan to participate in physical exercise and the subjective and objective factors and behavioral characteristics. The physical exercise in the frequency of participation in physical exercise of College Teachers in Ji'nan City, the strength, duration projectcharacteristics and location distribution of the situation analysis, find out the restricting participation in sports daily the main factors play a role in the process of sports teachers in Colleges and universities, put forward in the national fitness program of teachers in the colleges and universities in Ji'nan city of Shandong province should adhere to the mentality of how to participate in physical exercise.
The fifth part draws conclusions and suggestions. Summarizes the current situation of College Teachers' participation in physical exercise in Ji'nan, and puts forward some beneficial suggestions. Establish and improve the evaluation system of teachers' physique and strengthen the construction of healthy campus sports culture, and put forward feasible and targeted suggestions and measures.
