【摘要】：在教學(xué)過程中,教師對引導(dǎo)學(xué)生的發(fā)展發(fā)揮著重要的作用。如果教師負(fù)責(zé)為多元文化學(xué)生創(chuàng)造高效的文化回應(yīng)式教育體驗,那么在教師教育課程中就應(yīng)該培養(yǎng)教師與多元文化學(xué)生和諧共處的能力。隨著全球化視域下多元文化教育的凸顯,以及美國中小學(xué)生種族、族群、文化和語言結(jié)構(gòu)的多元化日益增強(qiáng),美國中小學(xué)教育更需要擅長多元文化教育的教師。針對現(xiàn)實中孤立的多元文化教師教育課程的設(shè)置及其低效問題,美國提倡設(shè)置基于全球觀培養(yǎng)教師跨文化能力的多元文化教師教育課程,使教師具有廣泛的多元文化知識基礎(chǔ)、態(tài)度,形成持續(xù)的跨文化教學(xué)能力。
[Abstract]:In the teaching process, teachers play an important role in the development of the students. If teachers are responsible for multicultural students to create efficient culture responsive education experience, so teacher education should cultivate the ability of harmonious coexistence of teachers and students. With the improvement of multicultural multicultural education in the context of globalization, and the United States students of race, ethnicity, cultural diversity and language structure is increasingly enhanced, the more need good multicultural education for primary school teachers in the United States. The setting and inefficiency of multicultural teacher education curriculum in reality isolated, American advocate multicultural teacher education curriculum setting global view training teachers' intercultural competence based on the the teacher has a multi-cultural knowledge base, extensive cross-cultural attitude, continued teaching ability.
