【摘要】：以人為本是科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的核心,是思想政治教育的嶄新理念和重要原則。以人為本理念在高校的應(yīng)用,是順應(yīng)高校思想政治教育新形勢、新要求的必然之舉。發(fā)揮以人為本理念在高校思想政治教育中的效用,促進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作更好、更快地發(fā)展,己成為教育工作者面臨的一個亟待研究的重大課題。 目前,理論界對在高校中引入人本思想的研究已經(jīng)取得了一些成果,這些成果對在高校應(yīng)用以人為本理念做了積極的探索,對從不同角度認(rèn)識高校以人為本理念和推進(jìn)教育實踐都有極大的促進(jìn)作用。但是,當(dāng)前現(xiàn)有的成果還大多停留在理論層面,應(yīng)用于教育實踐的廣度和深度仍有待于增強(qiáng)。以人為本理念在高校思想政治教育中的應(yīng)用遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)落后于教育形勢的發(fā)展,因此,其在大學(xué)生思想政治教育拓展方面還有著較大的提升空間。當(dāng)前對大學(xué)生的教育還面臨著許多新的問題,思想政治教育的方式和方法還需要進(jìn)一步總結(jié)和實施,這都有賴于思想政治教育學(xué)者和工作者的高度重視和推進(jìn)。 文章在現(xiàn)有的研究基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步剖析了以人為本理念的內(nèi)涵和內(nèi)在特征要求,深入考究了人本思想在當(dāng)前思想政治教育中的體現(xiàn)。對我國以人為本視域下大學(xué)生思想政治教育進(jìn)行了較為系統(tǒng)的分析和總結(jié),分析“以人為本”的起源和發(fā)展。對以人為本的理論淵源進(jìn)行追溯,列舉了國內(nèi)國外的人本思想,從西方的人本思想到當(dāng)今“以人為本”的發(fā)展歷程。引入“以人為本”的理念,解讀“以人為本”的內(nèi)涵,提出以人為本就是重視大學(xué)生的主體地位,肯定大學(xué)生的價值,滿足大學(xué)生的需求�？茖W(xué)理性地研究了高校思想政治教育應(yīng)用以人為本理念的方法經(jīng)驗,從思想政治教育的內(nèi)容、方法、手段、教育理念等方面入手,尋找以人為本視域下大學(xué)生思想政治教育存在的問題及原因。提出以人為本視域下大學(xué)生思想政治教育的對策,包括提高教師隊伍的素質(zhì),創(chuàng)新教育的方法與手段,豐富思想政治教育內(nèi)容等等。對這些原因進(jìn)行分析,提出對策,可以有效發(fā)揮思想政治教育的作用,實現(xiàn)“以人為本”與大學(xué)生思想政治教育的有機(jī)結(jié)合。
[Abstract]:People-oriented is the core of the scientific development concept and the new idea and important principle of ideological and political education. The application of people-oriented concept in colleges and universities is to conform to the new situation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The inevitable move of the new requirements. Give play to the people-oriented concept in the ideological and political education in colleges and universities, to promote the ideological and political education of college students better, faster development. It has become an important subject for educators to study. At present, the theorists have made some achievements on the introduction of humanism in colleges and universities, which has made a positive exploration on the application of people-oriented concept in colleges and universities. From different perspectives to understand the concept of people-oriented colleges and universities and promote educational practice have a great role. However, the current results are still mostly in the theoretical level. The application of people-oriented concept in ideological and political education in colleges and universities lags far behind the development of the educational situation. At present, there are still many new problems in the education of college students, and the ways and methods of ideological and political education need to be further summarized and implemented. This depends on ideological and political education scholars and workers attach great importance to and promote. On the basis of the existing research, the article further analyzes the connotation and inherent characteristics of the people-oriented concept. This paper makes a thorough study of the embodiment of humanism in the current ideological and political education, and makes a systematic analysis and summary of the ideological and political education of college students in the field of people-oriented in our country. This paper analyzes the origin and development of "people-oriented", traces the theoretical origin of "people-oriented", and enumerates the humanism thought at home and abroad. This paper introduces the concept of "people-oriented", interprets the connotation of "people-oriented", and puts forward that "people-oriented" is to attach importance to the main position of college students. Affirm the value of college students, meet the needs of college students. Scientifically and rationally studied the ideological and political education in colleges and universities to apply the people-oriented concept of the method experience, from the content of ideological and political education, methods, means. This paper tries to find out the problems and causes of ideological and political education of college students from the perspective of people-oriented, and puts forward the countermeasures of ideological and political education of college students from the perspective of people-oriented. It includes improving the quality of teachers, innovating the methods and means of education, enriching the contents of ideological and political education and so on. By analyzing these reasons and putting forward some countermeasures, we can give full play to the role of ideological and political education. Realize the organic combination of "people first" and ideological and political education of college students.
