【摘要】：目前，隨著國內(nèi)外形勢的發(fā)展，我國國有企業(yè)內(nèi)外環(huán)境隨之發(fā)生了許多變化。在國家深化企業(yè)改革的不斷推進(jìn)過程中，現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度的建立，使國有企業(yè)面臨著更加激烈的市場和人才競爭；但在改革過程中也暴露出不少問題，尤其是國有企業(yè)政工部門遭到了不同程度的弱化，對企業(yè)思想政治教育研究工作投入不夠和重視度減少，那么不可避免的造成了急需進(jìn)行思想政治指導(dǎo)的新進(jìn)大學(xué)生群體問題重重，影響了國有企業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。 本文立足當(dāng)前我國國有企業(yè)對新進(jìn)大學(xué)生開展思想政治教育工作的重要戰(zhàn)略意義，通過一定的調(diào)查研究，加上個(gè)人在國有企業(yè)工作過的切身感受，依據(jù)馬克思主義思想政治教育的基本原理，針對當(dāng)前國有企業(yè)對新進(jìn)大學(xué)生開展思想政治教育存在的問題，借鑒了管理學(xué)、社會學(xué)等學(xué)科中的一些研究方法和理論，對論文相關(guān)問題做了更加深入的透視和對策的研究。如運(yùn)用“冰山理論”進(jìn)行分析后，將當(dāng)前國有企業(yè)對新進(jìn)大學(xué)生開展思想政治教育工作的問題分成了深層次的和淺層次兩大塊內(nèi)容，進(jìn)而探索具體解決對策，以促進(jìn)國有企業(yè)對新進(jìn)大學(xué)生開展思想政治教育有效性為目的，進(jìn)而促進(jìn)新進(jìn)大學(xué)生健康成長，國有企業(yè)效益增長和思想政治教育協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展，以期在企業(yè)有效思想政治教育指導(dǎo)下，，積極發(fā)揮國有企業(yè)新進(jìn)大學(xué)生員工對國有企業(yè)發(fā)展的正影響作用。 通過本文的研究有助于提升企業(yè)核心競爭力，促進(jìn)企業(yè)思想政治教育工作有效和創(chuàng)新發(fā)展，減少新進(jìn)大學(xué)生離職率居高不下，真正響應(yīng)國家號召“以人為本”促進(jìn)新進(jìn)大學(xué)生健康成長和企業(yè)長期發(fā)展對人才的需求，盡量減少企業(yè)高層次和高學(xué)歷者可能會帶給企業(yè)的不利影響。
[Abstract]:At present, with the development of the situation at home and abroad, many changes have taken place in the internal and external environment of state-owned enterprises in China. In the process of deepening the reform of enterprises, the establishment of modern enterprise system. Make state-owned enterprises face more fierce market and talent competition; However, in the process of reform, many problems have been exposed, especially the state-owned enterprise's political work department has been weakened to varying degrees, and the research on ideological and political education of enterprises is not enough and the degree of attention is reduced. So inevitably caused the ideological and political guidance of the new college students group problems, affected the healthy development of state-owned enterprises. Based on the important strategic significance of the ideological and political education work of the new college students in the current state-owned enterprises, this article through a certain investigation and research, plus the personal experience of working in the state-owned enterprises. According to the basic principles of Marxist ideological and political education, the current state-owned enterprises to new college students to carry out ideological and political education problems, learn from management. Some research methods and theories in sociology and other disciplines have made a more in-depth perspective and countermeasures to the related problems of the paper, such as the use of "iceberg theory" to analyze. The current state-owned enterprises to carry out ideological and political education for new college students are divided into deep and shallow two chunks of content, and then explore the specific solutions. In order to promote the effectiveness of ideological and political education for new students in state-owned enterprises, and then promote the healthy growth of new college students, state-owned enterprises benefit growth and ideological and political education coordinated development. It is expected that under the guidance of effective ideological and political education in enterprises, the positive effect of new college students' staff in state-owned enterprises on the development of state-owned enterprises can be actively brought into play. The research in this paper will help to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, promote the effective and innovative development of ideological and political education, and reduce the high rate of new college students' turnover. In response to the national call to "people-oriented" to promote the healthy growth of new college students and the long-term development of enterprises on the demand for talent, as far as possible to reduce the enterprise high-level and high education may bring adverse impact on the enterprise.
