朋輩心理輔導(dǎo)對(duì)大學(xué)生全面發(fā)展的作用研究

【摘要】:在當(dāng)今國(guó)內(nèi)外競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈、全球化時(shí)代信息渠道日益廣泛、社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的大背景下,大學(xué)生全面發(fā)展的需要日益迫切,對(duì)各種影響資源的接受機(jī)制也日益復(fù)雜。為滿(mǎn)足大學(xué)生心理發(fā)展的需求,促進(jìn)大學(xué)生全面健康發(fā)展、實(shí)現(xiàn)德育的根本目標(biāo),思想政治教育不斷進(jìn)行探索、創(chuàng)新。本文以朋輩心理輔導(dǎo)為切入點(diǎn),探索如何使之在促進(jìn)大學(xué)生全面健康的成長(zhǎng)和發(fā)展方面發(fā)揮更加有效的作用。該方法從發(fā)揮大學(xué)生的主體性、主動(dòng)性出發(fā),通過(guò)有效途徑促使大學(xué)生自我教育、自我管理、自我發(fā)展和自我完善,發(fā)揮大學(xué)生助人自助的功能,促進(jìn)大學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展。不僅如此,它在某種程度上還能彌補(bǔ)專(zhuān)職心理咨詢(xún)教師在其資源和功能上的不足。 首先,本文對(duì)人的全面發(fā)展和朋輩心理輔導(dǎo)在國(guó)內(nèi)外的歷史淵源、進(jìn)展情況作了綜述性研究,為以朋輩心理輔導(dǎo)為視角促進(jìn)大學(xué)生全面發(fā)展的研究奠定了基礎(chǔ)。其次,探討了大學(xué)生全面發(fā)展的內(nèi)涵、外延及其影響因素。指出促進(jìn)大學(xué)生全面發(fā)展的主要方式——思想政治教育——在實(shí)施中存在的問(wèn)題和不足,以及其他教育方式過(guò)分強(qiáng)調(diào)教育主體及教育環(huán)境功能的發(fā)揮,但缺乏更多地從發(fā)揮大學(xué)生主動(dòng)性、自主性的角度探討大學(xué)生自身的全面健康的發(fā)展。由此,本文著力研究朋輩心理輔導(dǎo)對(duì)大學(xué)生全面發(fā)展的作用。再次,本文重點(diǎn)討論了朋輩心理輔導(dǎo)的內(nèi)涵、外延,開(kāi)展朋輩心理輔導(dǎo)的緣由及朋輩心理輔導(dǎo)的理論基礎(chǔ)和現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)。接下來(lái),本文構(gòu)建了大學(xué)生全面發(fā)展視域下的朋輩心理輔導(dǎo)體系及其保障措施。并從朋輩心理輔導(dǎo)體系構(gòu)建的原則,朋輩心理輔導(dǎo)中心的組織機(jī)構(gòu)和朋輩心理輔導(dǎo)體系的構(gòu)建,朋輩心理輔導(dǎo)項(xiàng)目的維持等方面對(duì)朋輩心理輔導(dǎo)體系作了實(shí)施策略與方法途徑研究。最后,以對(duì)朋輩心理輔導(dǎo)體系進(jìn)一步發(fā)展完善的思考和對(duì)未來(lái)的展望結(jié)尾。 本文在參考前人學(xué)術(shù)成果的基礎(chǔ)上,分別采用了文獻(xiàn)分析、案例分析和比較研究的方法,通過(guò)認(rèn)真解析大量文獻(xiàn)和案例,比較國(guó)內(nèi)外研究成果,并加以借鑒國(guó)外成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了構(gòu)建朋輩心理輔導(dǎo)體系的想法,并以華東政法大學(xué)朋輩心理輔導(dǎo)的構(gòu)建與實(shí)施為例,佐證自身的觀點(diǎn)。 本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于從理論與實(shí)踐結(jié)合的角度,以朋輩心理輔導(dǎo)為視角,探索更好地發(fā)揮大學(xué)生的積極性、自主性,,以促進(jìn)其全面健康的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the increasingly fierce competition at home and abroad, the increasingly extensive information channels in the era of globalization and the social transformation and upgrading, the need for comprehensive development of college students is becoming increasingly urgent. In order to meet the needs of college students' psychological development, to promote the overall and healthy development of college students and to achieve the fundamental goal of moral education, ideological and political education is constantly exploring. Innovation. This paper takes peer counseling as the starting point to explore how to make it play a more effective role in promoting the overall and healthy growth and development of college students. Initiative, through effective ways to promote college students' self-education, self-management, self-development and self-improvement, to play the role of self-help college students, to promote the all-round development of college students. To a certain extent, it can also make up for the shortage of professional psychological counseling teachers in their resources and functions. First of all, this paper makes a comprehensive study on the overall development of human beings and the historical origin and progress of peer counseling at home and abroad. It lays a foundation for the research of promoting the all-round development of college students from the perspective of peer psychological guidance. Secondly, it discusses the connotation of comprehensive development of college students. The author points out the problems and shortcomings in the implementation of ideological and political education, which is the main way to promote the all-round development of college students. And other educational methods overemphasize the role of the main body of education and the educational environment, but the lack of more from the perspective of the initiative and autonomy of college students to explore the overall and healthy development of college students. This paper focuses on the role of peer psychological counseling on the overall development of college students. Thirdly, this paper focuses on the connotation and extension of peer psychological counseling. The reason of the development of peer psychological counseling and the theoretical and practical basis of peer psychological counseling. Next. This paper constructs the peer psychological counseling system and its safeguard measures under the overall development of college students, and constructs the principles from the peer psychological counseling system. The organization of peer psychological counseling center and the construction of peer psychological counseling system, the maintenance of peer psychological counseling project and other aspects of the peer psychological counseling system implementation strategies and methods are studied. Finally. The end of this paper is the further development and perfection of the peer counseling system and the prospect of the future. On the basis of reference to previous academic achievements, this paper respectively adopts the methods of literature analysis, case analysis and comparative research, and compares the domestic and foreign research results by analyzing a large number of documents and cases. Based on the successful experience of foreign countries, this paper puts forward the idea of establishing the peer psychological counseling system, and takes the construction and implementation of peer psychological counseling in East China University of political Science and Law as an example to support its own viewpoint. The innovation of this paper is from the angle of combining theory and practice, from the angle of peer psychological guidance, to explore how to give full play to the enthusiasm and autonomy of college students, so as to promote their overall and healthy development.
