【摘要】：自組織理論是20世紀(jì)60年代末期建立并發(fā)展起來(lái)的一種系統(tǒng)理論。它的研究對(duì)象主要是復(fù)雜自組織系統(tǒng)（生命系統(tǒng)、社會(huì)系統(tǒng)）的形成和發(fā)展機(jī)制問(wèn)題，即在一定條件下，系統(tǒng)是如何自發(fā)地由無(wú)序走向有序，由低級(jí)有序走向高級(jí)有序的。它主要有三個(gè)部分組成：耗散結(jié)構(gòu)理論（Dissipative Structure）、協(xié)同學(xué)（Synergetic Theory）、突變論（Catastrophe Theory），自組織理論對(duì)現(xiàn)代教育研究有著重要的理論意義。本文借助自組織理論對(duì)我國(guó)高校優(yōu)勢(shì)學(xué)科建設(shè)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了分層的闡述，研究闡明了高校優(yōu)勢(shì)學(xué)科建設(shè)系統(tǒng)的自組織機(jī)理，并對(duì)影響我國(guó)高校優(yōu)勢(shì)學(xué)科建設(shè)的內(nèi)外部因素進(jìn)行了分析，在借鑒國(guó)外一流大學(xué)學(xué)科建設(shè)模式經(jīng)驗(yàn)前提下，提出了構(gòu)建優(yōu)勢(shì)學(xué)科群策略，并結(jié)合協(xié)同學(xué)理論完善了建設(shè)優(yōu)勢(shì)學(xué)科群的構(gòu)想，闡述了構(gòu)建優(yōu)勢(shì)學(xué)科群的原則，不僅有利于提升高校學(xué)術(shù)研究與學(xué)科建設(shè)的水平，打造與培育優(yōu)勢(shì)學(xué)科與學(xué)科群，而且有利于優(yōu)化高校學(xué)科系統(tǒng)，，發(fā)揮其整體功能，對(duì)建設(shè)好“優(yōu)勢(shì)學(xué)科創(chuàng)新平臺(tái)項(xiàng)目”與提升我國(guó)高等教育質(zhì)量均具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和理論意義。
[Abstract]:Self-organization theory is a kind of system theory established and developed in the end of 1960s. Its research object is the formation and development mechanism of complex self-organizing system (life system, social system). That is, under certain conditions, how the system spontaneously from disorder to order. It consists of three parts: dissipative structure theory. Synergetic Theory. catastrophe theory. Self-organization theory is of great theoretical significance to modern education research. This paper, with the help of self-organization theory, elaborates on the construction system of superior disciplines in colleges and universities in China. This paper expounds the self-organizing mechanism of the construction system of the advantage discipline in colleges and universities, and analyzes the internal and external factors that affect the construction of the advantage disciplines in the universities of our country, on the premise of drawing lessons from the experience of the construction mode of the first-class universities in foreign countries. This paper puts forward the strategy of constructing the superior subject group, consummates the idea of constructing the superiority subject group and expounds the principle of constructing the advantage science subject group with the synergetic theory. It is not only helpful to improve the level of academic research and discipline construction in colleges and universities, but also to optimize the academic system of colleges and universities and bring its whole function into full play. It is of great practical and theoretical significance to construct the "Project of Innovation platform of advantage discipline" and to improve the quality of higher education in China.
