【摘要】：隨著知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的到來(lái),科教興國(guó)已經(jīng)成為全國(guó)上下的共識(shí),各級(jí)政府和高等學(xué)校都加大了對(duì)科技的投入。因此,如何評(píng)價(jià)科研基金投資效益、如何評(píng)價(jià)高�？蒲腥藛T工作完成情況,也就成為高�？蒲泄芾聿块T管理人員必須認(rèn)真考慮的問題。目前,對(duì)高校的社科類科研績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)較為少見,另外,BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)評(píng)價(jià)方法在我國(guó)才剛剛起步,具有一定的先進(jìn)性。 本文以實(shí)現(xiàn)理論研究與實(shí)證研究相結(jié)合、定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合的研究方法,對(duì)高校社科類科研績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)進(jìn)行深入的探討和研究。首先介紹了論文研究背景及目的；其次在對(duì)高校科研進(jìn)行總結(jié)和綜述基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)全面簡(jiǎn)明、客觀可比、可操作性等設(shè)置原則構(gòu)建高校社科類科研評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,引入BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)方法；最后通過實(shí)證研究,包括研究所需數(shù)據(jù)的收集與處理和樣本學(xué)習(xí)與仿真過程；在結(jié)尾部分對(duì)本文的研究結(jié)果進(jìn)行總結(jié),并對(duì)今后的高校社科類科研績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)的研究進(jìn)行展望。 本文研究最終采用Levenberg-Marquardt算法對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行了改進(jìn),建立評(píng)價(jià)模型并結(jié)合MATLAB軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)評(píng)價(jià)過程。期望本文的研究方法及結(jié)論能夠?yàn)樵u(píng)價(jià)高校社科類科研績(jī)效提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the coming of knowledge economy, it has become the consensus of the whole country to invigorate the country through science and education. Governments at all levels and colleges and universities have increased their investment in science and technology. Therefore, how to evaluate the investment benefits of scientific research funds. How to evaluate the completion of scientific research personnel in colleges and universities has become a problem that managers of scientific research management departments must seriously consider. At present, it is rare to evaluate the performance of social science research in colleges and universities, in addition. BP neural network evaluation method has just started in our country, and has some advanced nature. In this paper, the realization of theoretical research and empirical research, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of the combination of research methods. This paper makes a deep discussion and research on the performance evaluation of social science research in colleges and universities. Firstly, it introduces the research background and purpose of the thesis. Secondly, on the basis of summing up and summarizing the scientific research in colleges and universities, the evaluation index system of social science research in colleges and universities is constructed according to the setting principles of comprehensive, concise, objective and comparable, and the BP neural network method is introduced. Finally, through the empirical research, including the research data collection and processing, sample learning and simulation process; At the end of this paper, the research results are summarized, and the future research on the performance evaluation of social science research in colleges and universities is prospected. In this paper, the Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm is used to improve the network. The evaluation model is established and the evaluation process is realized with MATLAB software. It is expected that the research methods and conclusions of this paper can provide the basis for evaluating the achievements of social science research in colleges and universities.
