【摘要】：從基層學(xué)術(shù)組織結(jié)構(gòu)入手,提出促進(jìn)其改革的建議,進(jìn)行組織結(jié)構(gòu)創(chuàng)新,克服體育院�；鶎訉W(xué)術(shù)組織建設(shè)中的結(jié)構(gòu)問題和制度障礙,對于加強(qiáng)學(xué)科之間的整合和聯(lián)系,適應(yīng)學(xué)科的交叉發(fā)展,提高自身的科研能力、教學(xué)能力、創(chuàng)新能力和競爭能力具有重要的理論意義,同時(shí)對推進(jìn)我國體育交叉學(xué)科建設(shè),促進(jìn)體育學(xué)科交叉發(fā)展,提升體育科學(xué)研究創(chuàng)新能力具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文以引領(lǐng)我國體育學(xué)科研究方向與發(fā)展趨勢的8所獨(dú)立體育學(xué)院以及10所師范大學(xué)體育學(xué)院的基層學(xué)術(shù)組織為主要分析單位,綜合運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、邏輯分析法、歷史法、個(gè)案法力求探索和反思我國體育院校基層學(xué)術(shù)組織所面臨的問題及困境。通過歷史溯源、經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒、困境反思和改革建議,本文最終得出了如下4點(diǎn)結(jié)論： 1、組織結(jié)構(gòu)決定組織的功能,我們應(yīng)根據(jù)學(xué)科分化與交叉共存的發(fā)展規(guī)律來構(gòu)建學(xué)術(shù)組織,以此促進(jìn)學(xué)科的發(fā)展。 2、體育作為一門綜合學(xué)科,正朝著遠(yuǎn)距離、大跨度的交叉方向發(fā)展,而體育院校中以學(xué)科分裂而建立的基層學(xué)術(shù)組織的科層化、單 一性、封閉性已經(jīng)嚴(yán)重阻礙了體育學(xué)科的融合與發(fā)展。 3、借鑒國外名校先進(jìn)的組織構(gòu)建模式與革新經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合我國體育院校的實(shí)際情況和學(xué)科特點(diǎn)以問題意識為導(dǎo)向,構(gòu)建研究基地、研究所、跨學(xué)科研究中心、課題組等多形式、多樣化的基層學(xué)術(shù)組織是體育院�；鶎訉W(xué)術(shù)組織結(jié)構(gòu)創(chuàng)新的選擇路徑。 4、基于學(xué)科交叉的視角運(yùn)用組織理論進(jìn)行分析我國體育院校大學(xué)基層學(xué)術(shù)組織所面臨的困境,在宏觀上實(shí)現(xiàn)縱向結(jié)構(gòu)的扁平化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化,橫向結(jié)構(gòu)的靈便化、多樣化,整體結(jié)構(gòu)的彈性化、柔性化；在微觀上實(shí)現(xiàn)形式上由單一化向多樣化的轉(zhuǎn)變、權(quán)利上由控權(quán)型向放權(quán)型的轉(zhuǎn)化、架構(gòu)上由封閉型向開放型的轉(zhuǎn)進(jìn)、研究范式上由學(xué)科本位向問題本位的轉(zhuǎn)向的組織結(jié)構(gòu)創(chuàng)新,構(gòu)建共性和個(gè)性并存、綜合與分化互補(bǔ)的組織結(jié)構(gòu)將會(huì)促進(jìn)體育學(xué)科的融合,推動(dòng)體育科學(xué)研究的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Starting from the basic academic organization structure, put forward the reform proposals, organizational structure innovation, overcome the structural problems and system obstacles in the construction of sports college grassroots academic organizations, to strengthen the integration and connection between disciplines, to adapt to the development of interdisciplinary, improve their scientific research ability, teaching ability, has important theoretical significance and innovation ability and competition ability, at the same time to promote the sports discipline construction in China, promote the interdisciplinary development of sports discipline, has the important practical significance to enhance the innovation ability of sports science.
Grassroots academic organizations 8 independent college of physical education based on the guidance and direction of development of the discipline of sports in China and the trend of the 10 normal university sports institute as the main unit of analysis, the integrated use of literature, mathematical statistics, logical analysis, historical analysis, problems and difficulties for the case of mana exploration and Reflection on the grassroots academic organizations of sports colleges and universities in China are facing. Through history, experience, reflection and reform suggestions, this paper finally draws the following 4 conclusions:
1, the organizational structure determines the function of the organization. We should construct the academic organization according to the discipline differentiation and the law of cross and coexistence, in order to promote the development of the subject.
2, as a comprehensive discipline, sports is developing towards a long distance and large span, while the basic level academic organizations in sports colleges are divided by disciplines.
The nature of nature has seriously hindered the integration and development of physical education.
3, draw lessons from foreign universities advanced organization model and innovation experience, combined with the actual situation and the characteristics of the subject of sports colleges in China to issue oriented, Research Institute of building research base, the center for interdisciplinary research, task group and other forms, a variety of basic academic organization is the path choice of academic organization structure innovation of grassroots sports colleges.
4, interdisciplinary perspective using the organization theory of College grassroots academic organizations in Colleges in China are facing difficulties based on the flat, vertical structure in the macro network, the transverse structure of the flexible, diverse, flexible, the overall structure of the flexible; on the microcosmic form from a single to diversify the change from control right, the right to delegate type conversion architecture, from closed to open into the research paradigm, from subject standard to standard steering organizational structure innovation, build a common and coexist, comprehensive and differentiated complementary structure will promote the integration of physical education and promote the development of sports science research.
