【摘要】：教育質(zhì)量已成為世界各國高等教育關(guān)切的主要議題之一,這一狀況可從公眾對各式各樣大學(xué)排行榜的熱切關(guān)注中“窺得一斑而見全豹”。教師是大學(xué)賴以存在和發(fā)展的前提,增強教師教學(xué)、科研能力是大學(xué)提升自身核心競爭力的關(guān)鍵要義。美國作為當(dāng)今高等教育最為發(fā)達(dá)的國家為世人所矚目,美國高等教育遂成為世界各國和地區(qū)研究、學(xué)習(xí)的聚焦點。本文嘗試從組織的視角對美國大學(xué)提升其教師教學(xué)、科研水平(主要側(cè)重提高教師的教學(xué)能力)的專門機構(gòu)——大學(xué)教師發(fā)展中心進(jìn)行研究,在分析其組織特征的基礎(chǔ)上,以期對我國大學(xué)教師發(fā)展工作有所借鑒、啟迪。 文章第一部分,即第一章首先對美國大學(xué)教師發(fā)展中心進(jìn)行了界定,并簡略回顧了美國大學(xué)教師發(fā)展中心的組織化歷程,以圖在歷史這面鏡子中“看到當(dāng)下的狹隘性”,“找到衡量事物的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)”。 文章第二部分包括第二章和第三章,第二章主要對美國大學(xué)教師發(fā)展中心的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了描述,并結(jié)合密歇根大學(xué)的學(xué)習(xí)與教學(xué)研究中心(CRLT)從人員構(gòu)成、經(jīng)費來源等方面對美國大學(xué)教師發(fā)展中心進(jìn)行組織分析。隨后,對美國大學(xué)教師發(fā)展中心的組織模式進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。第三章首先對美國大學(xué)教師發(fā)展中心提供的項目服務(wù)以及方法途徑進(jìn)行了研究,并對項目評估作方法了初步分析。 最后,文章落腳點到我國近年來教師發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,結(jié)合我國近年來大學(xué)教師發(fā)展工作的實施情況,從教師發(fā)展工作的人員構(gòu)成、經(jīng)費來源、服務(wù)項目及途徑等幾個方面對我國大學(xué)教師發(fā)展工作嘗試提出建議意見,以期對我國教師發(fā)展工作有所借鑒。
[Abstract]:The quality of education has become one of the main topics of world higher education concerns, this situation can be from the public to pay close attention to every kind of university rankings in the "peep one spot and see the whole picture. The teacher is the premise of the existence and development of a university, to enhance teachers' teaching and scientific research ability is the key point to improve university's core competitiveness. The United States is the most developed country in higher education world of countries and regions of the world has become the American higher education, learning focus. This article attempts from the perspective of organization of American universities provided up their teachers' teaching, the scientific research level (mainly focuses on improving the teaching ability of teachers) the specialized agencies -- Development Center of university the teachers were studied, based on analyzing the characteristics of the organization, to provide the reference for our country, the development of university teachers working enlightenment.
The first part of the article, namely, the first chapter, first defines the center of faculty development in the United States, and briefly reviews the process of organizational development of American University Teacher Development Center, in order to see the current narrow nature and find the standard of measuring things in the mirror of history.
The second part includes the second chapter and the third chapter, the second chapter describes the status of the faculty development center in the United States, combined with the center for research on learning and teaching of the University of Michigan (CRLT) from the personnel structure, organizational analysis of faculty development center in the United States funding. Subsequently, the patterns of center of development of American teachers the university is summarized. The way of the project service and method of the third chapter of faculty development center in the United States to provide are studied, and the project evaluation method for preliminary analysis.
Finally, the article focuses on the faculty development in China in recent years, with China's implementation of the development work of university teachers in recent years, which, from the teacher development staff funding, several services and ways put forward suggestions for the development of university teachers in China to work, to provide the reference for teachers in China the development of the work.
