【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)的不斷發(fā)展,我國(guó)高等教育現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)走向了“大眾化教育”。高校畢業(yè)生的人數(shù)的每年激增,造成就業(yè)形勢(shì)越來(lái)越嚴(yán)峻,大學(xué)生的就業(yè)壓力越來(lái)越大,解決大學(xué)生的就業(yè)問(wèn)題成為當(dāng)前重要問(wèn)題之一。由于我國(guó)高等職業(yè)教育(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)“高職教育”)起步較晚,入學(xué)時(shí)學(xué)生素質(zhì)起點(diǎn)低,高職學(xué)時(shí)短,人們對(duì)高職院校畢業(yè)生存在“岐視”的偏見(jiàn),使得在高校畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)問(wèn)題在高校畢業(yè)生中更加困難。高職教育是否能持續(xù)發(fā)展,就業(yè)問(wèn)題的解決首當(dāng)其沖。 為了解決就業(yè)壓力問(wèn)題,本文運(yùn)用了市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)理論,通過(guò)運(yùn)用營(yíng)銷(xiāo)策略來(lái)解決就業(yè)壓力問(wèn)題。本文作者以就職學(xué)校-廣西水利電力職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院學(xué)院(簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)SD學(xué)院)作為在就業(yè)市場(chǎng)的研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)查閱各種文獻(xiàn)以及就業(yè)和營(yíng)銷(xiāo)理論(4PS),在分析了我國(guó)高職院校就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,首先分析了廣西水利電力職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院(簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)SD學(xué)院)的情況,其次通過(guò)對(duì)SD學(xué)院就業(yè)環(huán)境宏觀(guān)和微觀(guān)環(huán)境的分析,運(yùn)用SWOT和STP分析方法,將環(huán)境機(jī)會(huì)和SD學(xué)院現(xiàn)有的資源進(jìn)行整合,從而有創(chuàng)新的提出營(yíng)銷(xiāo)理論在學(xué)校的運(yùn)用,最后提出了SD學(xué)院實(shí)施營(yíng)銷(xiāo)策略的保障措施。
[Abstract]:With the development of the society, the higher education in our country has now moved towards the "popular education". The number of college graduates increases every year, resulting in a more and more serious employment situation, and the employment pressure of college students becomes more and more serious. Solving the employment problem of college students has become one of the most important problems at present. Due to the late start of higher vocational education (hereinafter referred to as "higher vocational education"), the starting point of students' quality is low, and the hours of higher vocational education are short. People have different views on graduates of higher Vocational Colleges. The bias of higher vocational education makes it more difficult for college graduates to obtain employment. Whether higher vocational education can develop sustainably or not, the solution of employment problem bears the brunt of the problem. In order to solve the problem of employment pressure, this paper applies the marketing theory. Through the use of marketing strategies to solve the problem of employment pressure. The author takes Guangxi Institute of Water Conservancy and Electric Power Vocational and Technical College (SD College) as the research object in the job market. By consulting various literature and employment and marketing theories, this paper analyzes the present situation of employment in higher vocational colleges in China. Firstly, this paper analyzes the situation of Guangxi Water Conservancy and Electric Power Vocational and Technical College (SD College), then through the analysis of the macro and micro environment of the employment environment of SD College, using SWOT and STP analysis method. By integrating the environment opportunity with the existing resources of SD college, the author puts forward the application of marketing theory in the school, and finally puts forward the guarantee measures of implementing marketing strategy in SD college.
