【摘要】：二十一世紀以來，世界的多元化趨勢一直在曲折中發(fā)展，當前，我們高校在面臨著曲折發(fā)展的世界多元化和經(jīng)濟全球化的趨勢以及復雜的世界形勢和西方文化的影響，這時如何引導大學生樹立正確的“價值觀、人生觀、道德觀”，以及如何根據(jù)大學生的身心特征和思想品德發(fā)展規(guī)律來開展德育教育活動，是我們高校德育工作者需要仔細研究、認真解決的重大問題。近年來，，高校德育理論研究人員對德育工作進行了一系列的研究，其中藝術(shù)類大學生德育教育工作的重要性也引起了廣泛的關(guān)注，但是現(xiàn)有研究較為零散、不夠系統(tǒng)，說理面較大但是說理力度還有待加強。筆者在本文中試圖依據(jù)從事藝術(shù)類大學生德育管理工作的經(jīng)歷，在他人的研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上，采用教育調(diào)查研究法以及文獻法對當前部分藝術(shù)類大學生進行調(diào)查，使大家系統(tǒng)了解目前我國藝術(shù)類大學生的個性特點，分析藝術(shù)類大學生的德育工作在理念、內(nèi)容、師資隊伍等方面存在的問題和不足，從而提出更有說服力、針對性、可行性、符合藝術(shù)類大學生特點的方法對策，供藝術(shù)類大學生德育工作者們參考、借鑒。
[Abstract]:Since 21th century, the trend of diversification in the world has been twists and turns, the current. Facing the trend of world diversification and economic globalization, and the complex world situation and the influence of western culture, how to guide college students to set up correct "values" and outlook on life. Moral outlook ", and how to carry out moral education activities according to the characteristics of college students' body and mind and the law of ideological and moral development, are the major problems that our moral education workers in colleges and universities need to study carefully and solve seriously in recent years. The theoretical researchers of moral education in colleges and universities have carried out a series of studies on moral education, among which the importance of moral education for art students has aroused widespread concern, but the existing research is scattered and not systematic. In this paper, I try to engage in art college students' moral education management experience, on the basis of others' research results. Using the method of educational investigation and literature to investigate some art college students at present, so that we can understand the personality characteristics of art college students at present, and analyze the moral education idea of art college students. Content, teachers and other aspects of the problems and deficiencies, so as to put forward more persuasive, targeted, feasible, in line with the characteristics of art college students methods and countermeasures, for art college students moral education workers reference.
