【摘要】：面對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展對人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的要求，著重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的實踐能力和創(chuàng)新能力，是地方高校主動適應(yīng)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和科技進(jìn)步所作出的必然選擇。實踐教學(xué)作為高等教育的重要組成部分，促進(jìn)了大學(xué)生知識獲得與直接經(jīng)驗積累的有機(jī)結(jié)合，對于大學(xué)生，尤其是理工科大學(xué)生實踐能力和創(chuàng)新能力的培養(yǎng)具有不可替代的作用。 本研究對地方理工科大學(xué)實踐教學(xué)進(jìn)行了探討。首先，深入分析實踐教學(xué)相關(guān)概念、特點和理論基礎(chǔ)，分析實踐教學(xué)在地方理工科大學(xué)人才培養(yǎng)中的作用，豐富實踐教學(xué)的理論研究。其次，從實踐教學(xué)的多個環(huán)節(jié)，如實驗、實習(xí)、實訓(xùn)、畢業(yè)設(shè)計等，對地方理工科大學(xué)實踐教學(xué)的理念、實踐教學(xué)的經(jīng)費、師資隊伍建設(shè)、實習(xí)基地建設(shè)等方面的進(jìn)行了分析，，總結(jié)概括了其經(jīng)驗及存在的問題，為地方理工科大學(xué)實踐教學(xué)改革提供依據(jù)。最后提出，地方理工科大學(xué)應(yīng)適應(yīng)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)發(fā)展的要求，培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新性應(yīng)用型人才，完善實踐教學(xué)的硬件支撐，包括優(yōu)化實踐教學(xué)的師資隊伍結(jié)構(gòu)，打造雙師型的教師隊伍；加大經(jīng)費的引進(jìn)和投入力度；加強(qiáng)校際合作、校企合作，搭建實踐教學(xué)平臺。完善實踐教學(xué)管理制度及機(jī)制，改革實踐教學(xué)的培養(yǎng)模式，為實踐教學(xué)的有效實施提供軟件支持，包括樹立以人為本的理念，完善實踐教學(xué)管理制度及評價機(jī)制；改革實踐教學(xué)模式，構(gòu)建研究性實踐教學(xué)模式。
[Abstract]:In the face of the demands of regional economic and social development on the quality of talent training, the emphasis is on cultivating students' practical and innovative abilities. Practice teaching, as an important part of higher education, promotes the organic combination of college students' knowledge acquisition and direct experience accumulation. It plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating the practical and innovative abilities of college students, especially those majoring in science and engineering. This research has carried on the discussion to the local science and engineering university practice teaching. First, deeply analyzed the practice teaching related concept, the characteristic and the theory foundation, analyzed the practice teaching function in the local science and engineering university talented person training. Secondly, from many aspects of practical teaching, such as experiment, practice, practical training, graduation design and so on, the concept of practical teaching in local universities of science and engineering, the funding of practical teaching. This paper analyzes the construction of teaching staff and practice base, summarizes its experience and existing problems, and provides the basis for the practical teaching reform of local science and engineering universities. Local universities of science and engineering should adapt to the requirements of the development of local economic construction, train innovative applied talents, improve the hardware support of practical teaching, including optimizing the structure of teaching staff. Create a double-qualified team of teachers; Increasing the introduction and investment of funds; Strengthen inter-school cooperation, school-enterprise cooperation, build a practical teaching platform, improve the management system and mechanism of practical teaching, reform the training model of practical teaching, and provide software support for the effective implementation of practical teaching. Including the establishment of people-oriented concept, the improvement of practical teaching management system and evaluation mechanism; Reform the practice teaching mode and construct the research practice teaching model.
