【摘要】：構(gòu)建和諧校園是以校園為載體，使民主辦學(xué)的理念得到充分發(fā)揚(yáng)，以和衷共濟(jì)、內(nèi)和外順、為定有序、協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展作為核心的素質(zhì)教育模式，實(shí)現(xiàn)育人教育要素的全面地、自由地、協(xié)調(diào)地、充分發(fā)展地良性發(fā)展。高校思想政治教育的激勵和調(diào)節(jié)作用為構(gòu)建和諧校園提供動力支持。高校應(yīng)根據(jù)時代特征和學(xué)生的特點(diǎn)，充分發(fā)揮其激勵功能，為高校輔導(dǎo)員開展工作提供精神保障，形成公平、正義、寬容的社會理念，調(diào)動輔導(dǎo)員的積極性，激勵他們?yōu)闃?gòu)建和諧校園而積極進(jìn)取、努力拼搏。目前，如何構(gòu)建和諧校園背景下高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍的建設(shè)，培養(yǎng)出優(yōu)秀的高校思想政治工作者，并不斷的提高高校輔導(dǎo)員理論水平和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)，是高校輔導(dǎo)員培養(yǎng)工作的重中之重，也是目前我國高校面臨的重大難題之一。 本文以和諧社會大的背景為前提，以和諧校園為出發(fā)點(diǎn)，對當(dāng)前高校輔導(dǎo)員工作進(jìn)行了剖析，分析高校輔導(dǎo)員的當(dāng)前工作現(xiàn)狀、存在的問題及原因，淺顯的對高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍的建設(shè)提出改革創(chuàng)新的新思路。本文提出了做好高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的總體要求，不僅要提高理論素養(yǎng)、自身的素質(zhì)和能力，更重要的是創(chuàng)新工作思路，探索有效載體，創(chuàng)造性地開展輔導(dǎo)員工作，最后還著重提出了在和諧社會背景下我國高校輔導(dǎo)員開展思想政治工作的重要作用�？傊�，全文的立足點(diǎn)和目標(biāo)指向始終是如何做好高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)，使高校思想政治教育工作者在和諧校園中充分發(fā)揮作用，在構(gòu)建和諧社會的新形勢下，充分認(rèn)識加強(qiáng)輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)在構(gòu)建和諧校園活動中的地位和意義。
[Abstract]:The construction of harmonious campus is to take the campus as the carrier, so that the idea of democratic school can be fully carried forward, and the quality education mode of harmonious cooperation, internal and external smooth, orderly and coordinated development will be the core of quality education. To achieve the educational elements of education in a comprehensive, free and coordinated manner. The motivation and regulation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities provide motive support for the construction of harmonious campus. Colleges and universities should give full play to its incentive function according to the characteristics of the times and students. For college counselors to carry out work to provide spiritual security, to form a fair, just, tolerant social concept, mobilize the enthusiasm of counselors, encourage them to build a harmonious campus and work hard. At present. How to build a harmonious campus under the background of college counselors team construction, cultivate excellent ideological and political workers, and constantly improve the theoretical level of college counselors and practical experience. It is one of the most important tasks for college counselors and one of the most difficult problems facing colleges and universities in China. Based on the background of harmonious society and the harmonious campus, this paper analyzes the current work of college counselors, analyzes the current situation, problems and reasons of college counselors. This paper puts forward the overall requirements for the construction of college counselors, not only to improve their theoretical literacy, their own quality and ability. What is more important is to innovate the way of work, to explore the effective carrier, and to creatively carry out the work of counselors. In the end, it puts forward the important role of ideological and political work of college counselors in our country under the background of harmonious society. In short, the foothold and goal of the full text is always how to do a good job in the construction of college counselors. In order to make the ideological and political educators in colleges and universities play a full role in the harmonious campus, and under the new situation of building a harmonious society, we should fully understand the position and significance of strengthening the construction of the contingent of counselors in the construction of harmonious campus activities.
