【摘要】：教材是課程的載體，是教學(xué)活動(dòng)的基本依據(jù)，是實(shí)施素質(zhì)教育目標(biāo)、培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新人才的重要工具，也是學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)知識(shí)和培養(yǎng)能力的依據(jù)和基礎(chǔ)，集中體現(xiàn)了當(dāng)代的教育思想和教育理念。 本研究運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法，通過搜集、查閱與體育法學(xué)、教材編寫等方面相關(guān)的期刊論文、博碩論文、專著等文獻(xiàn)資料，對(duì)其進(jìn)行綜合分析與整合，總結(jié)出現(xiàn)有體育法學(xué)教材的編寫內(nèi)容、特色以及優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)等。 采用專家訪談法，對(duì)體育法學(xué)領(lǐng)域的專家，進(jìn)行或面對(duì)面，或電話網(wǎng)絡(luò)方式的訪談、咨詢，聽取了相關(guān)專家對(duì)現(xiàn)有體育法學(xué)教材內(nèi)容、編寫方面提出的寶貴觀點(diǎn)和意見，為本研究提供了權(quán)威性依據(jù)。 運(yùn)用邏輯分析法，對(duì)現(xiàn)有體育法學(xué)教材從教材編寫的體例、內(nèi)容等方面進(jìn)行分析，分析各種教材編寫的特點(diǎn)，各種不同體法教材的優(yōu)點(diǎn)及存在的不足，從而探討如何在體育法學(xué)教材編寫中總結(jié)以往的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，取長(zhǎng)補(bǔ)短，提出體育法學(xué)教材編寫意見。 隨著現(xiàn)今我國(guó)體育法制建設(shè)步伐的加快，為了適應(yīng)我國(guó)體育法制發(fā)展的需要和培養(yǎng)我國(guó)體育法學(xué)研究人員，體育法學(xué)教材的編寫需要優(yōu)化結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)置，，加強(qiáng)內(nèi)容的改革與統(tǒng)一。本文以體育法學(xué)教材的編寫問題為切入口，通過對(duì)我國(guó)現(xiàn)有體育法學(xué)教材分析、我國(guó)體育法學(xué)教材與澳大利亞體育法學(xué)教材間的比較分析，提出目前我國(guó)體育法學(xué)教材存在的問題、提出改進(jìn)和完善我國(guó)體育法學(xué)教材的意見；本文在總結(jié)現(xiàn)有體育法學(xué)教材優(yōu)點(diǎn)的同時(shí)，加入國(guó)外先進(jìn)體育法學(xué)教材編寫經(jīng)驗(yàn)，提出了優(yōu)化體育法學(xué)教材，提高體育法制宣傳、教育質(zhì)量的途徑；為豐富教材理論，為構(gòu)建新的體育法學(xué)教材提供理論依據(jù)與編寫意見。
[Abstract]:Teaching material is the carrier of curriculum, the basic basis of teaching activities, the important tool to implement quality education goals, and the cultivation of innovative talents. It is also the basis and foundation for students to learn knowledge and cultivate ability, which embodies the contemporary educational ideas and educational ideas.
In this study, using the method of literature, through the collection, inspection and sports law, teaching materials and so on related papers, doctoral monographs, literature, comprehensive analysis and integration of the present sports law textbook content, characteristics, advantages and disadvantages.
Expert interviews were used to interview experts in sports law field or face-to-face or telephone network interviews, and listened to the valuable opinions and opinions of relevant experts on the contents and compiling of existing sports law textbooks, which provided authoritative evidence for this research.
The use of logical analysis, the existing sports law textbooks from the textbook writing style, content and other aspects of analysis, analysis of the characteristics of the preparation of a variety of materials, the advantages of various body materials and the existing problems, to explore how the sports law textbooks to summarize experience, learn from each other, the sports law textbook views.
With our country sports legal system to accelerate the pace of construction, in order to adapt to the development of China's sports culture and legal system of China's sports law researchers, sports law textbooks need to optimize the structure, strengthen the reform and unification of content. Based on the compilation of teaching materials of sports law as the entrance, through the analysis on the current comparative analysis of sports law textbooks, teaching materials of our country sports law textbooks and Australia between sports law, sports law textbooks in China at present existing problems, put forward to improve and perfect the sports law textbooks in China based on the summary of existing opinions; sports law teaching material advantages at the same time, with foreign advanced sports law textbooks, put forward the optimization of sports law teaching materials, improve the promotion of sports legal system, education quality; to enrich the teaching material theory, teaching materials for the construction of new sports law Provide theoretical basis and compiling opinions.
