東北三省高等教育中心性及其與經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)性發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:高等教育是社會系統(tǒng)的一部分,這個社會系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部十分復(fù)雜,其布局要受到高等教育自身發(fā)展及社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響,合理的高等教育空間布局對于高等教育系統(tǒng)本身和整個社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展都有積極重要意義。 本研究以東北三省35個城市(由于數(shù)據(jù)收集不到,不包括大興安嶺地區(qū))為研究對象,選取能夠代表高等教育數(shù)量和質(zhì)量水平并且能夠獲得數(shù)據(jù)的指標(biāo),“985”院校數(shù)量、“211”院校數(shù)量、省屬高等院校數(shù)量、高等院�?倲�(shù)量、每萬人口中在校大學(xué)生數(shù)量、專職教師數(shù)、每位教師負(fù)擔(dān)的學(xué)生數(shù)和每億元GDP負(fù)擔(dān)的大學(xué)生數(shù)。通過主成分分析,研究35個城市的高等教育中心性。以反映高等教育規(guī)模的每萬人口中在校大學(xué)生數(shù)為指標(biāo)與反映當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的人均GDP為指標(biāo),用乖離率研究某一個區(qū)域高等教育規(guī)模與當(dāng)?shù)貐^(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的協(xié)調(diào)性。 通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn)東北三省的高等教育可以分為三個等級,第一個等級是高等教育中心性較強(qiáng)的大連、沈陽、長春和哈爾濱;第二個等級的城市有錦州、吉林、延邊、牡丹江、阜新、大慶、撫順、四平、佳木斯和齊齊哈爾,,這些城市中高等教育的數(shù)量相對于第三個等級的城市要偏多,但是相對于第一個等級的高等教育數(shù)量要明顯減少;東北三省其余的城市屬于第三個等級,這些城市中分布有極少數(shù)量的高等院校。 通過協(xié)調(diào)性研究可以將東北三省的城市分為三類,分別是協(xié)調(diào)型、不協(xié)調(diào)型和極不協(xié)調(diào)型。 為了實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)域高等教育與經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,提出相應(yīng)的對策措施。 本文分為六個部分,具體內(nèi)容如下: 第一部分為緒論。主要論述研究背景和研究意義、研究目標(biāo)和主要研究內(nèi)容、研究框架和研究方法以及國內(nèi)外研究進(jìn)展等四個方面。 第二部分主要介紹有關(guān)高等教育布局及其與經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的基本概念和基礎(chǔ)理論。 第三部分首先概述東北三省高等教育概況及空間格局;從高等教育的質(zhì)量和規(guī)模角度確定能反映城市中高等教育中心性的指標(biāo),構(gòu)建指標(biāo)體系,由此測度出東北三省高等教育的中心性;嘗試總結(jié)出東北三省城市該高等教育中心地圖景的基本形態(tài)模式,并對該模式的類型和成因進(jìn)行分析。 第四部分從規(guī)模角度選取代表高等教育規(guī)模指標(biāo)的每萬人口中在校大學(xué)生數(shù)和代表區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的人均GDP為指標(biāo)研究東北三省各城市高等教育與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的協(xié)調(diào)性,將35個城市分為協(xié)調(diào)型、不協(xié)調(diào)型和極不協(xié)調(diào)型。 第五部分針對東北三省高等教育與經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展存在的問題,提出促進(jìn)東北三省高等教育與經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的對策措施。 第六部分為基本結(jié)論。即東北三省的高等教育分為三個等級;按照東北三省的高等教育與區(qū)域的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r來看,可以將東北三省的城市分為協(xié)調(diào)型、不協(xié)調(diào)型和極不協(xié)調(diào)型。
[Abstract]:Higher education is a part of the social system, the social system is very complex, the layout will be affected by the development of higher education and social economy, the higher education of reasonable space layout has a positive significance to the higher education system itself and the social and economic development.
In this study, the 35 northeastern provinces (city because the data were not collected, not including Greater Khingan Range) as the research object, selected to represent the quantity and quality of higher education level and can obtain the data index, the number of colleges and universities, "985" "211" the number of colleges and universities, the number of provincial universities, the total number of colleges and universities, the number of school students per million population, the number of full-time teachers, the number of college students per teacher student number and the burden per million in the GDP burden. Through principal component analysis, the center of higher education of the 35 City study. To reflect the higher education of college students per million population scale in number and index of per capita GDP of local economic development the level of the index from the rate of coordination of a certain scale of regional higher education and local economy for good.
Through the study found that higher education in Northeast China can be divided into three levels, the first level is the center of higher education of Dalian, Shenyang, Harbin and Changchun; the second level of the city of Jinzhou, Jilin, Yanbian, Mudanjiang, Fuxin, Daqing, Fushun, Jiamusi and Qigihar, four, the number of higher education in the city compared to the third level city to partialmuch, but relative to the number of the first level of higher education should be significantly reduced; the rest of the city in Northeast China belongs to the third level, the city distribution has very few number of colleges and universities.
Through the study of coordination, the cities of the three provinces in Northeast China can be divided into three types, which are coordinated, uncoordinated and extremely uncoordinated.
In order to realize the coordinated development of regional higher education and economy, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
This article is divided into six parts, the specific contents are as follows:
The first part is the introduction. It mainly discusses the research background and research significance, research objectives and main research contents, research framework and research methods, as well as domestic and international research progress and so on four aspects.
The second part mainly introduces the basic concepts and basic theories about the distribution of higher education and its coordinated development with the economy.
The third part begins with an overview of the three provinces in Northeast China and the spatial pattern of higher education; to determine the reflection of higher education in the central city of the index from the perspective of quality and scale of higher education, construct the index system, which measure out the center of Northeast China higher education; try to summarize the basic patterns of the city in the northeast of China higher education center landscape map and, on the types and causes of the model were analyzed.
The fourth part from the perspective of the scale of college students selected per capita GDP per million population of the higher education scale index number and represents the level of regional economic development for the coordination of the various city index of Northeast China higher education and regional economic development, the city is divided into 35 coordinated type, coordinated and uncoordinated.
The fifth part, aiming at the existing problems of the coordinated development of higher education and economy in three northeastern provinces, puts forward the countermeasures to promote the coordinated development of higher education and economy in three northeastern provinces.
The sixth part is the basic conclusion: the higher education in three provinces of Northeast China is divided into three grades. According to the higher education and the regional economic development of three provinces in Northeast China, the cities of three provinces in Northeast China can be divided into coordination, incoordination and extreme incoordination.
