【摘要】:榜樣的力量是無窮的。新中國成立以來,榜樣教育因其獨特而重要的作用受到了我國黨和政府的高度重視。誠然,榜樣在教育實踐中發(fā)揮著巨大的作用,對構(gòu)建社會主義和諧社會,,發(fā)揚(yáng)中華民族優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng),增強(qiáng)高校思想政治工作的吸引力和感染力,完善和提高大學(xué)生道德素質(zhì)等方面具有重要的意義。然而,隨著時代的變遷,社會的發(fā)展與科技的進(jìn)步,人們的觀念在信息大爆炸時期呈現(xiàn)多元化。榜樣教育的魅力受到?jīng)_擊,榜樣教育的效用日漸衰弱。全面分析其中原因,努力探討高校思想政治工作中榜樣教育有效實施的對策,對構(gòu)建社會主義和諧社會,實現(xiàn)人的自由全面發(fā)展有著重大的意義。 全文共由四個部分組成: 第一部分:緒論。本部分主要圍繞研究目的與意義、研究現(xiàn)狀與水平及研究思路與方法進(jìn)行闡述。此部分對高校思想政治工作中榜樣教育的國內(nèi)外研究背景,文章的寫作目的、意義及思路作了全面的介紹,為高校思想政治工作中的榜樣教育研究提供廣闊的思考與發(fā)展空間。 第二部分:對榜樣教育的基本認(rèn)識。本部分主要對相關(guān)定義及內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行重新梳理與界定:榜樣與偶像的定義及異同;榜樣教育的內(nèi)涵、特征、運(yùn)作過程及功能。從比較分析中得出更為清晰的榜樣教育的概念,為高校思想政治工作中的榜樣教育研究提供充分的理論基礎(chǔ)。 第三部分:高校思想政治工作中榜樣教育的意義、問題及原因分析。對高校思想政治工作中的榜樣教育進(jìn)行研究有利于構(gòu)建社會主義和諧社會,增強(qiáng)高校思想政治工作的吸引力和感染力,完善和提高大學(xué)生道德素質(zhì)及繼承和發(fā)揚(yáng)中華民族傳統(tǒng)美德。但因各種因素的影響,榜樣教育在樹立、宣傳與學(xué)習(xí)過程中的效用日漸式微。此部分立足于榜樣教育運(yùn)作過程中的三個環(huán)節(jié),分別探析了高校思想政治工作中在樹立、宣傳及學(xué)習(xí)榜樣中出現(xiàn)的各種問題及其原因。 第四部分:高校思想政治工作中榜樣教育有效實施的對策。本部分從以下幾個角度去探討其對策:科學(xué)、合理地樹立大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的榜樣,在選擇、樹立榜樣時要加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生對榜樣及榜樣教育的科學(xué)認(rèn)識,推動榜樣選擇標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的動態(tài)性發(fā)展;廣泛、深入、真實地宣傳大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的榜樣,要把握宣傳原則、豐富宣傳形式,深入挖掘精神內(nèi)涵,真實地宣傳大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的榜樣;積極建構(gòu)合理有效的高校榜樣教育學(xué)習(xí)模式,把握好大學(xué)生榜樣教育的主陣營,加強(qiáng)榜樣教育的理論研究,推動榜樣學(xué)習(xí)的常態(tài)化、創(chuàng)新性及持續(xù)性發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The power of example is infinite. Since the new China was established, the model education has drawn the attention of our party and the government for its unique and important role. Indeed, example plays a great role in the educational practice, to construct a socialist harmonious society and carry forward the Chinese excellent tradition, strengthen the ideological and political work in universities attraction and appeal, has important significance to perfect and improve college students' moral qualities. However, with the change of the times, the social development and advancement of technology, the concept of the people present diversification in the age of information explosion. The charm of model education impact, example education utility has weakness. Comprehensive analysis of the reasons and efforts to explore the Countermeasures of Ideological and political work in Colleges and universities moral education effective implementation, to construct a socialist harmonious society and realize the free and comprehensive development is of great significance.
The full text consists of four parts:
The first part: introduction. This part mainly focuses on the research purpose and significance, research status and level and research ideas and methods are presented in this paper. In this part, the research background of the example of the ideological and political work in education at home and abroad, the purpose of writing this paper, significance and ideas are introduced, providing a broad space for the development of thinking and Study on Model Education in College Ideological and political work.
The second part: the basic knowledge of model education. This part is mainly about the definition and connotation of carding and definition: the definition and the similarities and differences between models and idols; connotation, model education characteristics, operation and function. From the comparative analysis of the clearer example of education concept, provide a sufficient theoretical basis for the study of model education in College Ideological and political work.
The third part: the model education in College Ideological and political work significance, problem and reason analysis. Research on Model Education in College Ideological and political work is conducive to building a socialist harmonious society, strengthen ideological and political work in the attraction and appeal, to perfect and improve the moral quality of college students and to inherit and carry forward the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation. But because of the influence of various factors, in the establishment of model education, propaganda and the learning process of the utility declining. Three aspects of this section based on the example of education during the operation, respectively, of the ideological and political work in the building, all kinds of problems and its causes of publicity and learning example.
The fourth part: the Countermeasures of the ideological and political work in Colleges and universities moral education effective implementation. This part from the following perspectives to explore the Countermeasures: scientific, reasonably set up the college students' learning model, in the selection, set an example to strengthen the understanding of college students on the model and the model of education, development, dynamic selection standards and promote the example; extensive, in-depth, real propaganda students learn, to grasp the principle of publicity, enrich the forms of propaganda, dig the spiritual connotation, truly propaganda college students' learning model; actively construct the educational mode of university model reasonably and effectively, a good grasp of the main camp of model education for college students, strengthen the theoretical research of model education, promote normalization an example of learning, innovation and sustainable development.
