【摘要】:本文研究全日制工程碩士實踐能力測評問題,并開發(fā)一款適用于全日制工程碩士實踐能力測評軟件,幫助培養(yǎng)單位解決實踐能力測評問題。本文重點研究全日制工程碩士實踐能力是什么,為什么可以測評實踐能力和如何測評實踐能力三個方面的問題。 本文首先研究全日制工程碩士實踐能力是什么問題。實踐能力是從實踐活動中發(fā)展而來,我們對全日制工程碩士實踐活動進行對比分析,縱向上與本科教育和高職教育的實踐活動對比,橫向上與學術(shù)型碩士和非全日制工程碩士實踐活動對比。通過對比分析提煉全日制工程碩士實踐活動的特殊性,并定義全日制工程碩士實踐活動,給出符合本研究的全日制工程碩士實踐能力的定義。研究全日制工程碩士測評問題的“為什么”問題,就是研究實踐能力發(fā)展機理。通過對實踐活動中實踐表現(xiàn)優(yōu)秀的學生進行訪談以及訪談資料分析,研究全日制工程碩士實踐能力構(gòu)成要素的能力組合及各要素對實踐能力發(fā)展的促進作用,分析實踐動機、身心水平和個人經(jīng)驗對實踐能力的影響。結(jié)合實踐能力外在影響因素和內(nèi)在構(gòu)成要素,選取有針對性的全日制工程碩士實踐課程,研究全日制工程碩士解決問題過程中實踐能力發(fā)展的機理。并在實踐能力發(fā)展機理的研究基礎(chǔ)上研究實踐活動的有效性的基本條件和實踐能力的基本特征。基于全日制工程碩士實踐能力發(fā)展機理,研究其實踐能力隨解決問題次數(shù)的變化規(guī)律。選擇解決問題的效率作為實踐能力外顯特征,對比驗證實踐能力的變化規(guī)律以及學習曲線的規(guī)律,,論證學習曲線測評實踐能力的可行性。研究全日制工程碩士實踐模式,探索干中學實踐模式的學習曲線規(guī)律,從而符合干中學實踐模式學習曲線規(guī)律的全日制工程碩士實踐能力的測評模型。以學習率和最終能力水平的乘積作為評價實踐課程對實踐能力的提升效果。最后選取S大學的實踐課程作為算例,收集數(shù)據(jù)測評全日制工程碩士的實踐能力。最后在全日制工程碩士實踐能力測評模型基礎(chǔ)上開發(fā)實踐能力綜合測評系統(tǒng),方便教學人員和研究人員現(xiàn)場測評學生的實踐能力。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the practical ability evaluation of full-time engineering master of engineering, and develops a practical ability evaluation software for full-time engineering master of engineering. This paper focuses on what the practical ability of full-time Master of Engineering is, why the practical ability can be evaluated and how to evaluate the practical ability. This article first studies the full-time engineering master's practice ability is what question. The practice ability develops from the practice activity, we carry on the contrast analysis to the full-time engineering master's practice activity. Compared with the practical activities of undergraduate education and higher vocational education vertically and horizontally compared with the practical activities of academic master and part-time master of engineering. Study its practice ability with the number of problem-solving changes, select problem-solving efficiency as the explicit characteristics of practical ability, compare and verify the changing law of practical ability and the law of learning curve. To demonstrate the feasibility of learning curve evaluation of practical ability, to study the full-time master of engineering practice model, to explore the practice model of dry middle school learning curve law. Thus, the evaluation model of full-time engineering master's practical ability in accordance with the learning curve of practice model of dry middle school is established. The product of learning rate and final ability level is taken as the evaluation of the effect of practical course on the improvement of practical ability. Take the practical course of S University as an example. Collect data to evaluate the practical ability of full-time engineering master. Finally, develop a comprehensive practical ability evaluation system based on the model of full-time engineering master's practical ability evaluation. It is convenient for teachers and researchers to assess students' practical ability on the spot.
