時(shí)間管理傾向?qū)Υ髮W(xué)生考試焦慮的影響

【摘要】:[目的]了解大學(xué)生時(shí)間管理傾向?qū)荚嚱箲]的影響。[方法]采用青少年時(shí)間管理傾向量表(ATMD)和Sarason考試焦慮量表,對(duì)522名大學(xué)生在期末考試階段進(jìn)行集體測(cè)試。[結(jié)果]大學(xué)生在時(shí)間管理傾向和考試焦慮方面存在年級(jí)差異,時(shí)間管理傾向總分、時(shí)間監(jiān)控觀和時(shí)間效能感與考試焦慮存在顯著負(fù)相關(guān),高、低時(shí)間管理傾向者在考試焦慮水平上差異存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=2.69,P㩳0.05)。[結(jié)論]時(shí)間管理傾向是影響大學(xué)生考試焦慮的一個(gè)重要因素。大學(xué)生時(shí)間管理傾向技能可以培訓(xùn)和輔導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Objective] to understand the influence of college students' time management tendency on test anxiety. [methods] A total of 522 college students were tested with the Adolescent time Management tendency scale (ATMD) and the Sarason Test anxiety scale. [results] there were grade differences in time management tendency and test anxiety among college students. The total score of time management tendency, time monitoring view and time efficacy were negatively correlated with test anxiety.
