基于學校網站的高校師生互動平臺研究

【摘要】: 師生之間的互動是影響教學質量、制約教育成效的關鍵因素。高校教師教學能力提高的關鍵在于在新的教育理念的指導下利用師生互動,了解學習者需求,調動學習者的學習積極性,完善教學方式,增強教學效能感,提高教學質量。然而,高校本科教學實際情況不盡人意,幾乎還是原來填鴨式教學,師生互動嚴重不足,嚴重影響了教學效果,更別說培養(yǎng)合格創(chuàng)新性人才了。 技術的發(fā)展、教育理念的更新往往會給現(xiàn)實問題的解決帶來契機,F(xiàn)代網絡技術的發(fā)展就為高校師生互動的提高提供了新的途徑,它使時空分隔漸漸模糊,學習變得隨時隨地,學習資源豐富,展現(xiàn)形式多樣化、個性化。這就解決了高校師生互動的時間、地點問題,也為完善教學方式、培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新性人才提供了可能。以人為本的人本主義教育理念,及其對學習的理解為我們改善高校師生互動,增強教學質量提供了理論支撐。 本研究通過深入分析教與學互動需求,尤其是當今高校學習者的學習特點,以人本主義學習理論的為指導,從實際出發(fā),提出構建基于學校網站的高校師生互動平臺的設想,設計平臺結構圖并對平臺各模塊功能進行了詳細闡述。希望能給高校教師、管理者帶來一點觸動,能改善師生互動現(xiàn)狀,增強教師教學能力,提高教學效果,主要研究內容如下: 第1章,主要介紹本研究的選題背景以及國內外關于高校師生互動的研究現(xiàn)狀、本研究的研究思路、研究目的和研究價值。 第2章,主要介紹高校師生互動平臺研究的基礎。包括高校師生互動平臺的建立技術支持和高校師生互動平臺建立的理論支撐。 第3章,高校師生互動平臺的構建。本部分是論文的重點部分。通過教與學互動的需求分析,以人本主義學習理論為出發(fā)點,以技術為條件構建平臺。畫出平臺結構圖并對平臺的各個模塊進行功能分析,以及從教師、學習者、管理者三個層面具體的分析平臺功能。 第4章,采用典型案例的方法對高校師生互動平臺的教學應用進行分析。包括首都師范大學網絡學堂的簡介;首都師范大學網絡學堂師生互動平臺模塊的功能和應用情況介紹;與本研究所建立的平臺進行比較分析,得出不足及其思考。 第5章,結論部分。本部分分兩個方面:一是方案執(zhí)行存在的困難。主要從教師和學習者對學習的正確認識水平和平臺運行需求環(huán)境和實際中的差距以及平臺運營管理方面等進行分析。二是對未來學習方式、師生互動方式的展望。
[Abstract]:The interaction between teachers and students is the key factor affecting the teaching quality and restricting the effectiveness of education. The key to improve the teaching ability of college teachers is to make use of the interaction between teachers and students under the guidance of the new educational idea, to understand the needs of learners, to mobilize learners' enthusiasm for learning, to perfect teaching methods, to enhance the sense of teaching efficacy, and to improve the quality of teaching. However, the actual situation of undergraduate teaching in colleges and universities is not satisfactory, it is almost the original type of teaching, the interaction between teachers and students is seriously insufficient, which seriously affects the teaching effect, let alone cultivate qualified and innovative talents. The development of technology and the renewal of educational ideas will often bring opportunities to the solution of practical problems. The development of modern network technology provides a new way to improve the interaction between teachers and students in colleges and universities. It makes the separation of time and space blurred gradually, learning becomes anytime and anywhere, learning resources are rich, the forms of presentation are diversified and personalized. This solves the problem of the time and location of teacher-student interaction in colleges and universities. It also provides the possibility for improving teaching methods and cultivating innovative talents. The humanistic education concept and its understanding of learning provide theoretical support for us to improve the interaction between teachers and students in colleges and universities and enhance the quality of teaching. Through in-depth analysis of the interactive needs of teaching and learning, especially the learning characteristics of today's college learners, under the guidance of humanistic learning theory and from the practical point of view, the paper puts forward the idea of constructing a teacher-student interaction platform based on the school website. The structure diagram of the platform is designed and the function of each module of the platform is described in detail. Hope to bring a little touch to the university teachers and administrators, can improve the current situation of teacher-student interaction, enhance teachers' teaching ability, improve the teaching effect, the main research contents are as follows: chapter 1, This paper mainly introduces the background of this research and the research status of teacher-student interaction at home and abroad, the research ideas, the purpose and the research value of this research. The second chapter mainly introduces the research foundation of teacher-student interaction platform in colleges and universities. Including the establishment of university teacher-student interaction platform technical support and university teacher-student interaction platform to establish theoretical support. Chapter 3, the construction of teacher-student interaction platform in colleges and universities. This part is the key part of the paper. Through the demand analysis of the interaction between teaching and learning, the platform is constructed on the basis of humanistic learning theory and technology. Draw the platform structure diagram and carry on the function analysis to each module of the platform, as well as from the teacher, the learner, the manager three levels concrete analysis platform function. In chapter 4, the typical cases are used to analyze the teaching application of teacher-student interaction platform in colleges and universities. It includes the brief introduction of the network school of Capital normal University, the function and application of the module of teacher-student interaction platform in the network school of Capital normal University, and the comparison and analysis with the platform established by this study. Chapter 5, conclusion. This part is divided into two aspects: the first is the difficulties in the implementation of the programme. This paper mainly analyzes the correct level of teachers and learners' understanding of learning, the environment of platform operation requirements, the gap in practice, and the operation and management of the platform. The second is the prospect of future learning and teacher-student interaction.
