地域性學(xué)校德育模式的“三化”困境——以安徽省績(jī)溪中學(xué)為個(gè)案

【摘要】:構(gòu)建地域性學(xué)校德育模式必然會(huì)對(duì)地域文化進(jìn)行"簡(jiǎn)化""凈化"和"局域化"處理,但該處理過程容易使學(xué)校德育模式陷入簡(jiǎn)單化、純凈化和局部化的困境。教師運(yùn)用"平衡術(shù)"可以幫助學(xué)生辯證地看待地域文化,促進(jìn)其道德理性的發(fā)展,這也是學(xué)校德育走出該困境的必然之路。只要學(xué)校正視模式構(gòu)建中的困難,創(chuàng)造條件提高教師的道德水平和教育能力,就一定能成功地構(gòu)建地域性學(xué)校德育模式。
[Abstract]:The construction of regional school moral education model will inevitably "simplify" purify "and" localize "the regional culture, but this process is easy to make the school moral education model fall into the dilemma of simplification, pure purification and localization. The use of "balance" by teachers can help students to view the regional culture dialectically and promote the development of their moral rationality, which is also the inevitable way out of this dilemma for school moral education. As long as schools face up to the difficulties in the construction of the model and create conditions to improve teachers' moral level and educational ability, they will be able to successfully construct the regional model of moral education in schools.
