【摘要】：新辦學(xué)校的成長與發(fā)展需要文化的支撐和引領(lǐng)。新辦學(xué)校文化創(chuàng)建有其獨(dú)特的內(nèi)涵,新辦學(xué)校有其自身的特點(diǎn),新辦學(xué)校在文化創(chuàng)建過程中應(yīng)把握好若干基本關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:The growth and development of new schools need the support and guidance of culture. The establishment of the new school culture has its unique connotation, and the new school has its own characteristics. The new school should grasp some basic relations in the process of the culture establishment.
