從經(jīng)濟學的視角分析影響我國教師供給的因素

【摘要】:一國教師供給的數(shù)量與質(zhì)量深刻的影響著該國的教育發(fā)展。目前,我國教師供給的狀況是總量基本滿足,教師過剩和教師短缺現(xiàn)象同時存在;教師供給質(zhì)量參差不齊,優(yōu)質(zhì)教師資源短缺;教師供給結(jié)構(gòu)性問題突出。影響教師供給的因素包括:預期報酬,生活工作條件,成為教師的成本,進入其他行業(yè)的機會,成為教師的風險等。
[Abstract]:The quantity and quality of teachers in a country have a profound impact on the development of education in this country. At present, the situation of teacher supply in our country is that the total quantity is basically satisfied, the phenomenon of teacher surplus and teacher shortage exists simultaneously, the quality of teacher supply is uneven, the quality of teacher resource is short, and the structural problem of teacher supply is prominent. The factors affecting teacher supply include: expected remuneration, living and working conditions, the cost of becoming a teacher, the opportunity to enter other industries, the risk of becoming a teacher, etc.
