【摘要】：奧巴馬在競選期間曾描繪了嶄新的教育改革藍(lán)圖,但聯(lián)邦政府的政治現(xiàn)實卻使得奧巴馬上任后仍得繼續(xù)里根以來即已形成的教育改革路線,無法讓聯(lián)邦政府在教育領(lǐng)域扮演新的改革角色。而美國教師工會以及阿普爾、吉魯?shù)冉逃碚摷业呐袆t表明:只有恢復(fù)原本豐富的教師及地方教育創(chuàng)造力,美國教育才可能擺脫里根政府以來的困境,獲得新生希望。
[Abstract]:Obama painted a new blueprint for education reform during the election campaign, but the political realities of the federal government have made it necessary for him to continue the educational reform course he has formed since Reagan took office. The federal government cannot be given a new reform role in education. The criticism of American teachers' union and educational theorists such as April and Giroux shows that only by restoring the original rich creativity of teachers and local education can American education get out of the predicament of Reagan administration and gain new hope.
