美國(guó)的技術(shù)與工程教育對(duì)教育技術(shù)學(xué)科建設(shè)的啟示

【摘要】:美國(guó)的教育系統(tǒng)中非常重視技術(shù)與工程教育,自上個(gè)世紀(jì)90年代他們就開(kāi)始有意識(shí)地在基礎(chǔ)教育中加強(qiáng)技術(shù)與工程教育,初中以上的學(xué)校都設(shè)有技術(shù)與工程教育部門(系)。這個(gè)部門負(fù)責(zé)為學(xué)生提供技術(shù)與工程類的實(shí)驗(yàn)室和相應(yīng)的課程。在專業(yè)建設(shè)中,技術(shù)與工程教育含有完整的本科、碩士和博士人才培養(yǎng)體系,目標(biāo)是培養(yǎng)從事技術(shù)與工程教育的教師、課程開(kāi)發(fā)與教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)人員、技術(shù)與工程教育的研究人員。而在我國(guó),技術(shù)與工程教育尚未形成系統(tǒng)和規(guī)模,2003年教育部制定的《普通高中課程方案(實(shí)驗(yàn))》中新增設(shè)了一門普通高中學(xué)生的必修課程———"通用技術(shù)",經(jīng)過(guò)幾年的課程實(shí)施,已經(jīng)凸現(xiàn)出一些問(wèn)題,如:技術(shù)教育教學(xué)與研究水平不高,人才培養(yǎng)體系不完善,專業(yè)師資缺乏,學(xué)習(xí)資源匱乏,大眾對(duì)通用技術(shù)教育價(jià)值認(rèn)識(shí)不足等等。本文通過(guò)分析美國(guó)技術(shù)與工程教育的相關(guān)信息,促使同行思考或行動(dòng),教育技術(shù)學(xué)科建設(shè)能否在促進(jìn)我國(guó)技術(shù)與工程教育發(fā)展上發(fā)揮作用?
[Abstract]:The education system in the United States attaches great importance to technical and engineering education. Since the 90s of last century, they have begun to consciously strengthen technical and engineering education in basic education. The schools and colleges and universities have a department of technical and engineering education. This department is responsible for the laboratory and corresponding courses for students in technology and engineering. In the major construction, technology and engineering education contains a complete system of undergraduate, master and doctor training. The goal is to cultivate teachers engaged in technical and engineering education, curriculum development and instructional designers, technology and engineering education researchers. In China, technology and engineering education has not yet formed a system and scale, the Ministry of education in 2003. The "general high school curriculum plan (Experiment)" has set up a required course for ordinary high school students - "general technology". After several years of curriculum implementation, some problems have been raised, such as: the teaching and research level of technical education is not high, the personnel training system is not perfect, the professional teachers are lacking, the learning resources are scarce and the public is right. Through the analysis of the related information of technology and engineering education in the United States, this paper makes the colleagues think or act. Can the construction of educational technology play a role in promoting the development of technology and engineering education in China?
