沈陽體育學(xué)院大一學(xué)生人格特質(zhì)、應(yīng)激生活事件與應(yīng)付方式的關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:現(xiàn)實(shí)的日常生活中充滿了不可預(yù)見的意外以及隨時(shí)可能發(fā)生的應(yīng)激事件,如何正確對(duì)待生活中這些不可避免的應(yīng)激事件,將成為我們身心是否能夠健康成長的關(guān)鍵。而每個(gè)個(gè)體所具有的人格特質(zhì)是千差萬別的,所以當(dāng)個(gè)體面對(duì)同一應(yīng)激事件時(shí),感受到的壓力強(qiáng)度及處理應(yīng)激事件時(shí)采取的應(yīng)付方式也不盡相同。本研究發(fā)現(xiàn)以往有關(guān)把應(yīng)付方式作為心理健康中介變量的研究較多,但缺少探討對(duì)應(yīng)付方式影響因素的研究。在此背景下,本文研究了人格特質(zhì)、應(yīng)激生活事件與應(yīng)付方式的關(guān)系,對(duì)于高校教育管理者有針對(duì)性的開展大學(xué)生心理健康教育具有重要意義。 本研究在對(duì)人格特質(zhì)、應(yīng)激生活事件及應(yīng)付方式的定義、理論、測(cè)量工具和應(yīng)用研究進(jìn)行論述的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)沈陽體育學(xué)院大一學(xué)生進(jìn)行抽樣調(diào)查。采用艾森克人格特質(zhì)問卷、青少年生活事件問卷和應(yīng)付方式問卷進(jìn)行集體施測(cè),收集的數(shù)據(jù)通過SPSS15.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件整理分析,以考察我校大一學(xué)生人格特質(zhì)、應(yīng)激生活事件及應(yīng)付方式的關(guān)系。 本研究得出:沈陽體育學(xué)院大一學(xué)生群體在人格特質(zhì)上表現(xiàn)為:外向占總?cè)藬?shù)的62.10%;神經(jīng)質(zhì)以中間型為主,占總?cè)藬?shù)的47.31%;精神質(zhì)以中間型為主,占總?cè)藬?shù)的53.23%;面臨的應(yīng)激生活事件主要來自學(xué)習(xí)壓力、人際關(guān)系、受懲罰;經(jīng)常采用的應(yīng)付方式是解決問題、求助。在性別上,女生外向人數(shù)比例要大于男生;男生感受到的受懲罰、健康和其它應(yīng)激量要大于女生;女生比男生更傾向于采用幻想、求助應(yīng)付方式。在專業(yè)上,體育專業(yè)學(xué)生在神經(jīng)質(zhì)和精神質(zhì)得分要高于非體育專業(yè)學(xué)生;體育專業(yè)學(xué)生比非體育專業(yè)學(xué)生在受懲罰和其它應(yīng)激量上感受壓力大;體育專業(yè)學(xué)生采用退避應(yīng)付方式多于非體育專業(yè)學(xué)生。通過相關(guān)、回歸分析,最后得出路徑分析表明:人格特質(zhì)、感受生活事件應(yīng)激量大小和應(yīng)付方式之間有著密切的聯(lián)系,人格特質(zhì)對(duì)應(yīng)付方式的選擇起重要作用,生活事件應(yīng)激量在其中起著中介作用。 學(xué)校教育管理者應(yīng)該在建立心理檔案的同時(shí),采取團(tuán)體與個(gè)別心理咨詢相互配合的方式有針對(duì)性進(jìn)行疏導(dǎo)。通過相應(yīng)的方法提高大學(xué)生應(yīng)付壓力事件能力,加強(qiáng)培養(yǎng)健全人格的教育,提高大學(xué)生的心理健康水平,以便他們能夠更好的適應(yīng)社會(huì)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The reality of daily life is full of unforeseen accidents and possible stress events at any time. How to deal with these inevitable stress events in life correctly will be the key to the healthy growth of our body and mind. The personality traits of each individual are different, so when the individual faces the same stress event, they feel the stress intensity and adopt different coping style when dealing with the stress event. This study found that there were many studies on coping style as an intermediary variable of mental health, but there was a lack of research on the influencing factors of coping style. In this context, the relationship among personality traits, stress life events and coping styles is of great significance for college education administrators to carry out psychological health education for college students. Based on the definition, theory, measurement tools and applied research of personality traits, stress life events and coping styles, a sampling survey was conducted among freshmen in Shenyang Institute of physical Education. Eysenck personality trait questionnaire, adolescent life event questionnaire and coping style questionnaire were used to conduct collective testing. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS15.0 statistical software to investigate the personality traits of freshmen in our university. The relationship between stress life events and coping styles. This study shows that the personality traits of freshmen in Shenyang Institute of physical Education are as follows: extroversion accounts for 62.10 of the total number of students; neuroticism is mainly intermediate type, accounting for 47.31% of the total number; mental quality is mainly intermediate type. The stress life events mainly come from learning stress, interpersonal relationship and punishment; the coping style is to solve the problem and ask for help. In terms of gender, the proportion of female extroverts is higher than that of boys; the amount of health and other stress felt by boys is higher than that of girls; girls are more inclined to use fantasy and help seeking coping styles than boys. In specialty, the scores of neuroticism and psychoticism of PE majors are higher than those of non-PE majors, the students of PE majors are more stressed by punishment and other stress than those of non-PE majors, and the scores of students majoring in physical education are higher than those in non-PE majors. The students of PE major adopt the way of retreat and coping more than the students of non-PE major. Through correlation and regression analysis, the path analysis shows that there is a close relationship between personality trait, life event stress and coping style, and personality trait plays an important role in the choice of coping style. The amount of life event stress plays an intermediary role in it. School education administrators should set up psychological files and take the ways of group and individual psychological counseling to coordinate with each other. Through the corresponding methods to improve the ability of college students to cope with stress events, strengthen the education of cultivating a sound personality, improve the mental health level of college students, so that they can better adapt to the social development.
