【摘要】：目的了解上海城區(qū)兒童青少年呼吸道疾病患病和癥狀檢出率,為呼吸道疾病的預(yù)防和控制提供依據(jù)。方法采取多階段分層整群抽樣方法 ,抽取上海城區(qū)16所中小學(xué)和幼兒園共6551名學(xué)生,應(yīng)用修訂的美國(guó)胸科協(xié)會(huì)(AST)推薦的《兒童呼吸系統(tǒng)疾病調(diào)查問(wèn)卷》調(diào)查常見(jiàn)呼吸道疾病和癥狀的檢出情況。結(jié)果兒童青少年持續(xù)咳嗽、持續(xù)咳痰、喘息、喘息樣癥狀的檢出率分別為8.6%,4.4%,7.1%和2.7%,哮喘、哮喘現(xiàn)患、支氣管炎的患病率分別為4.5%,1.9%和1.8%。持續(xù)咳嗽檢出率及哮喘、哮喘現(xiàn)患、支氣管炎患病率各年齡組間存在一定的差異,低年齡組高于高年齡組(P0.05);除支氣管炎外,其他呼吸道癥狀檢出率與疾病患病率均為男生高于女生(P值均0.05);兒童居住在內(nèi)環(huán)、中環(huán)的持續(xù)咳痰、喘息、哮喘、哮喘現(xiàn)患、支氣管炎均高于外環(huán)(P值均0.05)。結(jié)論上海城區(qū)兒童青少年呼吸道疾病患病和癥狀檢出率存在年齡、性別和地區(qū)差異,低年齡組高于高年齡組,男性高于女性,城區(qū)內(nèi)環(huán)、中環(huán)高于外環(huán)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence rate of respiratory tract diseases and symptoms among children and adolescents in Shanghai, and to provide evidence for prevention and control of respiratory diseases. Methods A multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method was used to select 6551 students from 16 primary and middle schools and kindergartens in Shanghai. To investigate the detection of common respiratory diseases and symptoms, the revised questionnaire of Children's Respiratory Diseases recommended by the American chest Association (AST) was used. Results the detection rates of persistent cough, persistent expectoration and wheezing in children and adolescents were 8.6% and 2.4%, respectively. The prevalence of asthma and bronchitis were 4.51.9% and 1.8%, respectively. The prevalence rate of persistent cough and asthma, asthma and bronchitis were different among different age groups, and the prevalence rate of bronchitis was higher in the lower age group than that in the high age group (P 0.05). The detection rate of other respiratory symptoms and the prevalence of diseases were higher in boys than in girls (P = 0.05), and in children living in the inner ring, persistent expectoration, wheezing, asthma and bronchitis were all higher than those in the outer ring (P = 0.05). Conclusion the prevalence rate of respiratory tract diseases and symptoms among children and adolescents in Shanghai is different in age, sex and region. The lower age group is higher than the high age group, the male is higher than the female, the inner ring is higher than the outer ring, and the central ring is higher than the outer ring.
