【摘要】: 隨著因特網(wǎng)的廣泛應(yīng)用,現(xiàn)代社會(huì)已經(jīng)處于一個(gè)知識(shí)膨脹,信息爆炸的時(shí)代。在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上搜索教學(xué)資源已不是難事,難的是如何在信息的海洋中,選出正確無(wú)誤高質(zhì)量的教學(xué)資源。由于目前對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)資源的質(zhì)量缺乏監(jiān)督、管理和評(píng)估的機(jī)制,造成了網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)資源質(zhì)量的滑坡,也制約了網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育質(zhì)量和網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)資源建設(shè)。因此,對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)資源的評(píng)價(jià)就顯得尤為重要。 近年來(lái),用戶滿意度的研究備受各高校或是企業(yè)重視。用戶滿意度實(shí)際上是用戶對(duì)其所購(gòu)買的產(chǎn)品或是服務(wù)的評(píng)價(jià)。本研究是就中小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)教師對(duì)中小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)資源的滿意度進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,以達(dá)成對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)資源的評(píng)價(jià)的目的。本文立足于滿意度研究的相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息資源評(píng)價(jià)相關(guān)理論,構(gòu)建了新的滿意度模型,完成對(duì)中小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)資源的滿意度的實(shí)證研究。對(duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,得出影響滿意度的結(jié)論,給網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)資源的建設(shè)提供一些可行的建議。因此,本研究的主要工作可分為兩部分。一是對(duì)滿意度的研究;二是對(duì)影響滿意度的因素進(jìn)行研究。 本研究將美國(guó)顧客滿意度模型和科技接受模型相結(jié)合,構(gòu)建了新的滿意度模型。并以網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息資源評(píng)價(jià)的指標(biāo)體系為指導(dǎo),以《教育資源建設(shè)技術(shù)規(guī)范》、《教學(xué)資源評(píng)價(jià)量表》和網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源的特點(diǎn)為基本調(diào)查內(nèi)容,設(shè)計(jì)了調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,并進(jìn)行試測(cè)。經(jīng)過(guò)反復(fù)的試測(cè)、修正后,形成正式問(wèn)卷,開始對(duì)滿意度進(jìn)行調(diào)查。 研究過(guò)程中發(fā)現(xiàn),中小學(xué)教師對(duì)數(shù)學(xué)網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)資源的滿意度得分不高,總體滿意度一般。影響滿意度的主要因素網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)資源的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題,其中包括網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)資源的時(shí)效性、教學(xué)性、形式方面的因素等。針對(duì)這些存在的問(wèn)題給以網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源建設(shè)上的建議,使網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源建設(shè)科學(xué)、合理,能夠滿足用戶使用。 本研究共包括五章。第一章緒論,主要闡述了研究的背景、意義、研究的必要性,研究現(xiàn)狀以及研究思路和方法。第二章研究相關(guān)的理論基礎(chǔ),主要是對(duì)研究中應(yīng)用到的理論基礎(chǔ)加以總結(jié)整理。第三章問(wèn)卷設(shè)計(jì),根據(jù)構(gòu)建的模型設(shè)計(jì)符合本研究要求的問(wèn)卷。第四章研究調(diào)查過(guò)程,對(duì)被測(cè)進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查與分析,根據(jù)分析結(jié)果分析影響因素,并對(duì)訪談內(nèi)容進(jìn)行總結(jié)。第五章結(jié)論,總結(jié)本研究的結(jié)論,提出本研究的局限與不足,并在此基礎(chǔ)上探討了后續(xù)研究的可能方向。
[Abstract]:With the wide application of Internet, modern society has been in an era of knowledge expansion and information explosion. It is not difficult to search for teaching resources on the Internet. What is difficult is how to select the correct and high quality teaching resources in the ocean of information. Because of the lack of supervision, management and evaluation mechanism for the quality of network teaching resources at present, the quality of network teaching resources has declined, and the quality of network education and the construction of network teaching resources have also been restricted. Therefore, the evaluation of network teaching resources is particularly important. In recent years, the research of user satisfaction has attracted much attention from universities and enterprises. User satisfaction is actually the evaluation of the product or service purchased by the user. The purpose of this study is to investigate the satisfaction of mathematics teachers to the network teaching resources in primary and middle schools, so as to achieve the purpose of evaluating the network teaching resources. Based on the related theories of satisfaction research and the evaluation of network information resources, this paper constructs a new satisfaction model and completes the empirical research on the satisfaction degree of mathematics network teaching resources in primary and secondary schools. This paper analyzes the results of the investigation, draws the conclusion of influencing satisfaction, and provides some feasible suggestions for the construction of network teaching resources. Therefore, the main work of this study can be divided into two parts. One is the research of satisfaction, the other is the factors that affect satisfaction. In this study, a new customer satisfaction model is constructed by combining the American customer satisfaction model with the technology acceptance model. Under the guidance of the evaluation index system of network information resources, taking the Technical Standard of Educational Resources Construction, the Evaluation scale of Teaching Resources and the characteristics of Network Resources as the basic contents of the investigation, the questionnaire is designed and tested. After repeated tests, revised, formed a formal questionnaire, began to investigate satisfaction. In the course of the research, it is found that the satisfaction of primary and middle school teachers to mathematics network teaching resources is not high, but the overall satisfaction is general. The main factors affecting satisfaction are the quality of network teaching resources, including the timeliness of network teaching resources, teaching, formal factors and so on. In order to make the network resource construction scientific and reasonable, it can meet the needs of users. This research includes five chapters. The first chapter introduces the background, significance, necessity, present situation, research ideas and methods of the research. The second chapter studies the relevant theoretical basis, mainly summarizes the theoretical basis applied in the research. The third chapter is questionnaire design, according to the model designed according to the requirements of this study. The fourth chapter studies the investigation process, carries on the questionnaire survey and the analysis to the test, analyzes the influence factor according to the analysis result, and carries on the summary to the interview content. Chapter five summarizes the conclusions of this study, puts forward the limitations and shortcomings of this study, and discusses the possible direction of further research.
