【摘要】: 本文研究的目的是通過分析大慶油田地區(qū)具有代表性的義務(wù)教育階段擇校問題的形成原因,并進(jìn)行客觀全面的利弊分析,探尋解決問題的基本途徑,找到解決問題的可行方案。通過解決問題促進(jìn)教育公平的實(shí)現(xiàn),優(yōu)化義務(wù)教育發(fā)展環(huán)境,促進(jìn)我國(guó)義務(wù)教育健康良性發(fā)展。通過從多個(gè)角度、正反兩面探討這個(gè)問題,試圖探究擇校與教育公平的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系,最后得出結(jié)論和解決問題的可行方案,為解決相關(guān)問題提供可行的理論和實(shí)踐依據(jù)。 本文主要采用問卷法、訪談法進(jìn)行研究。問卷法主要采用綜合型問卷形式。為了調(diào)查需要,調(diào)查問卷將綜合利用開放與封閉二者的優(yōu)點(diǎn),對(duì)擇校問題進(jìn)行深度探索。問卷法用于廣泛調(diào)查大慶油田地區(qū)有代表性的義務(wù)教育階段擇校問題涉及到的主體行為的樣本,收集所需的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)和實(shí)證材料。其中,封閉式的多選題對(duì)應(yīng)筆者在擇校問題的理論建構(gòu)中已經(jīng)預(yù)見的具有選擇傾向問題的維度;開放式問題用于考察擇校主體方的態(tài)度、觀點(diǎn)、一些不可預(yù)知的較復(fù)雜問題的維度上。訪談法主要通過對(duì)具有代表性的各種層次擇校主體進(jìn)行訪談,切身體會(huì)擇校各方主體的心態(tài)和存在的問題,從而進(jìn)一步了解擇校現(xiàn)狀及其帶來的影響,以及社會(huì)各階層對(duì)于我國(guó)義務(wù)教育階段擇校問題的態(tài)度。針對(duì)擇校具體問題進(jìn)行深入訪談,探討教育資源不平衡以及產(chǎn)生一系列問題的原因,并聽取有關(guān)各方提出的寶貴建議。 雖然對(duì)義務(wù)教育階段擇,F(xiàn)象的研究比較多,并取得了一定的成果,但大部分都是從教育內(nèi)部、教育本身的原因來論述的,采用辯證的方法從正反兩個(gè)視角來研究該問題的文章比較少。擇校已成為一個(gè)必須引起社會(huì)廣泛重視的教育現(xiàn)實(shí)問題,尤其政府和相關(guān)職能部門所起的作用是不言而喻的。所以本文力圖通過對(duì)幅員遼闊、學(xué)校分散的油田地區(qū)義務(wù)教育進(jìn)行實(shí)證性研究,探索區(qū)域教育,尤其是油田地區(qū)的義務(wù)教育擇校問題。通過對(duì)大慶油田地區(qū)義務(wù)教育階段擇校問題的對(duì)策研究,為區(qū)域義務(wù)教育發(fā)展找準(zhǔn)自身定位、認(rèn)清優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)、以理性的態(tài)度對(duì)待義務(wù)教育發(fā)展,為擇校問題提供可借鑒的結(jié)論。通過對(duì)大慶油田義務(wù)教育階段擇校問題的正反兩面多角度研究提出切實(shí)可行的對(duì)策,為油田地區(qū)義務(wù)教育發(fā)展探索適合自身發(fā)展的途徑、認(rèn)清阻礙地區(qū)義務(wù)教育發(fā)展的瓶頸、以理性的態(tài)度對(duì)待義務(wù)教育發(fā)展,并為擇校問題提供可借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和對(duì)策,為大慶油田乃至全國(guó)義務(wù)教育持續(xù)、穩(wěn)定、健康發(fā)展做出一定的貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to find out the basic ways to solve the problem and find out the feasible solution by analyzing the causes of the problem of school selection in the representative compulsory education stage in Daqing Oilfield and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the problem objectively and comprehensively. Through solving the problems to promote the realization of education equity, optimize the development environment of compulsory education, promote the healthy development of compulsory education in China. Through discussing this problem from many angles, both positive and negative, this paper attempts to explore the internal relation between school selection and educational fairness, and finally draws a conclusion and feasible solution to the problem, which provides a feasible theoretical and practical basis for solving the related problems. This article mainly uses the questionnaire method, the interview method carries on the research. The method of questionnaire mainly adopts the form of comprehensive questionnaire. In order to meet the needs of the investigation, the questionnaire will make use of the advantages of both open and closed to explore the problem of school selection in depth. The questionnaire method is used to investigate the typical subjects' behavior of compulsory education in Daqing oilfield area and collect the relevant data and empirical materials. Among them, the closed multiple topics correspond to the dimensions of the choice problem that the author has foreseen in the theoretical construction of the school selection problem; the open problem is used to investigate the attitudes and views of the school selection subject. The dimensions of some unpredictable, more complex problems. Interview method mainly through the representative of various levels of the main body of school interviews, personal experience of the main body of the school selection mentality and existing problems, so as to further understand the status quo of school selection and its impact, As well as the attitude of all social strata to the problem of school selection in compulsory education stage of our country. This paper discusses the imbalance of educational resources and the causes of a series of problems, and listens to the valuable suggestions put forward by the parties concerned. Although there are many studies on the phenomenon of school selection in the compulsory education stage, and some achievements have been made, most of them are discussed from the inside of education and the reasons for education itself. There are few articles to study this problem from the perspective of dialectical method. School selection has become a practical problem which must be paid more attention to by the society, especially the role played by the government and related functional departments is self-evident. Therefore, this paper tries to explore the regional education, especially the compulsory education in oilfields, through the empirical study of compulsory education in the vast and dispersed oil fields. By studying the countermeasures of school selection in the compulsory education stage in Daqing Oilfield, this paper tries to find its own position for the development of regional compulsory education, to recognize its advantages and disadvantages, and to treat the development of compulsory education with a rational attitude. The conclusion can be used for reference for the problem of school selection. Through the study of the school selection in the compulsory education stage of Daqing Oilfield from both positive and negative angles, practical countermeasures are put forward to explore suitable ways for the development of compulsory education in the oilfield area, and to recognize the bottleneck that hinders the development of compulsory education in the region. This paper deals with the development of compulsory education in a rational manner, and provides some experiences and countermeasures for the selection of schools, which will contribute to the sustained, stable and healthy development of compulsory education in Daqing Oilfield and even in the whole country.
