【摘要】：在分析義務(wù)教育階段科學(xué)教師在當(dāng)前課程改革背景下存在問題的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了省級科學(xué)骨干教師培訓(xùn)的四個主要目標(biāo)取向和四個基本內(nèi)容模塊,以"行動研究"教學(xué)案例為核心進(jìn)行了培訓(xùn)過程與方法的創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐探索,構(gòu)建了與之相配套的三段多元評價體系。
[Abstract]:On the basis of analyzing the existing problems of the science teachers in the compulsory education stage in the background of the current curriculum reform , the paper puts forward four main goal orientations and four basic content modules of provincial science teachers ' training , and probes into the innovative practice of the training process and method based on the teaching case of " action research " , and constructs the three - section multi - evaluation system .
