【摘要】： 學科跨界是學科之間交叉融合、邊界跨越和知識整合的過程。作為科學知識體系演進的重要特征和環(huán)節(jié),這一過程為學科蘊蓄著進一步發(fā)展的能量,影響著相關學科的未來走勢。學科開放、雜糅、交融的跨界圖景,要求教育管理學必須厘清其學科發(fā)展歷程,把握學科的邏輯起點,辨識學科屬性,為鞏固學科理論體系奠定基礎；跳出已有的學科結構劃分格局,從新的視角審視結構形態(tài)并關注內部分支學科關聯(lián)情勢；自內向外考證推演,探索教育管理學外部、特別是前沿領域的學科跨界活動,真正消解教育管理學專業(yè)知識的局限性,加速其跨學科研究的進程。 本文在總結歸納已有教育管理學學科屬性理論的基礎上,嘗試通過因子分析進一步證實教育管理學是一門從教育科學中獨立出來,借助管理科學的理論,實現(xiàn)教育學與管理學的融會貫通,具有跨界特性的學科。把關鍵學者有關教育管理學的學科結構論述輔以圖示,又以《相關期刊論文》(1979～2008)11693篇教育管理方面的論文,及中外25部教育管理學著作為學術文本載體,歸納提煉教育管理學的10大研究主題,并援引這一標準劃分學科結構,從新的視角向人們展示教育管理學內部分支學科。順勢深入教育管理學內部子域,探索發(fā)現(xiàn)主要有學校組織行為管理學、德育管理學、學校領導學、教學管理學、班級管理學、社區(qū)管理學、學校管理學、學生管理學等18門分支學科與其形成互涉聯(lián)系。 作為獨立學科整體的教育管理學外部學科關聯(lián),是在總結學界有關教育管理學關聯(lián)學科立場觀點的基礎上,引入《社會科學引文索引》即SSCI(1998～2008)5908篇教育管理學相關文獻作為原始數據源,通過可視化的知識圖譜呈現(xiàn)的。解圖分析的結果表明,教育管理學與外部60種學科(門類)相互聯(lián)系,這些學科(門類)與教育管理學的關聯(lián)度分成3個等級,集結成5大學科族,分別對教育管理學構成“內斂度”和“外展度”的影響,它們融合共生,呈現(xiàn)動態(tài)平衡的狀態(tài)。 在教育管理學的前沿領域,主要有24門學科與其形成跨界關聯(lián),這些學科分成6大學科族,與教育管理學高度關聯(lián)的多是心理學的重要分支學科。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),教育管理學每跨越一門學科的邊界,就會更大程度地吸引更多相異學科,聚合成差異融合、優(yōu)勢互補的學科跨界作用力。為了推進前沿領域的跨學科研究,應該采取相應對策,教育管理學必須貫徹開放思想,鞏固“教育學”和“管理學”源學科的基礎地位,運用多元研究手段,集成關聯(lián)學科的優(yōu)勢,促進其學科不斷發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Cross - boundary between disciplines is the process of cross - fusion , boundary crossing and knowledge integration among disciplines . As an important feature and link of the evolution of the scientific knowledge system , this process is an important feature and link of the evolution of the scientific knowledge system .
To jump out of the existing division pattern of the discipline structure , look at the structure form from the new visual angle and pay attention to the related situation of the internal branch subject ;
From introversion to outside examination , explore the outside of educational management science , especially the cross - boundary activities in the frontier field , truly resolve the limitation of educational management expertise and accelerate the process of cross - disciplinary research .



On the basis of summarizing the attribute theory of education management science , this paper attempts to further prove that education management is a kind of science of education science . By means of the theory of management science , it realizes the integration of pedagogy and management , and it has cross - boundary character .



As a whole , the relationship between educational administration and the external discipline of education management is based on the summary of the relevant subject position of educational management . The results of the analysis show that the relationship between educational administration and the external 60 subjects ( sect . ) is divided into 3 grades . The influence of these disciplines ( family ) and the education management is divided into 3 levels .



In the frontier of education management , there are 24 subjects with their cross - border linkages . These disciplines are divided into six disciplines , which are closely related to the educational administration .
