免費師范生教育技術素養(yǎng)研究

【摘要】: 師范生免費教育政策的推行,使師范生的教育目的和就業(yè)方向更加明確。他們畢業(yè)以后一般回生源所在地的中小學任教,面向基礎教育,面向農村中小學教育,而現在師范生免費教育的試點均為部屬的高師院校,其畢業(yè)生的走向將與過去有很大的差別,所面對的教育環(huán)境、教育對象等也都有差異,因此,農村中小學教師的教育技術素養(yǎng)有其特殊性,為了適應這種變化,各部屬師范院校只有調整師范生的教育技術素養(yǎng)的培養(yǎng)結構和內容,才能真正地適應未來教育需求,并有助于農村中小學教師專業(yè)發(fā)展水平的提高以及農村中小學教育信息化進程的推進。 本研究在國內外職前教師教育技術素養(yǎng)相關研究的基礎上,結合我國國情和教師教育的實施情況,以免費師范生的教育技術素養(yǎng)為研究對象,采用問卷、訪談等調查研究方法對免費師范生和中小學教師的教育技術素養(yǎng)需求分別進行了調查。通過對教育技術素養(yǎng)的社會需求和師范生自身需求進行統(tǒng)計和對比分析,得出了免費師范生的教育技術素養(yǎng)的基本組成部分:知識與技能模塊、能力模塊、創(chuàng)新模塊和意識與態(tài)度模塊,并形成了免費師范生的教育技術素養(yǎng)結構模型。最后,結合調查中發(fā)現的問題,提出了改善免費師范生的教育技術素養(yǎng)的培養(yǎng)策略。希望通過此次調查研究,為高師院校進行免費師范生的教育技術素養(yǎng)培養(yǎng)的理論與實踐研究提供參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:The implementation of the policy of free education for normal school students has made the educational purpose and employment direction of normal school students clearer. After graduation, they generally return to the primary and secondary schools where their students come from to teach, for basic education and for primary and secondary education in rural areas. At present, the pilot projects of free education for normal students are all subordinate normal colleges and universities. The direction of their graduates will be very different from that of the past, and the educational environment and educational objects will also be different. Therefore, In order to adapt to this change, teachers' educational technology literacy in rural primary and secondary schools has its particularity. Only by adjusting the structure and content of education technology literacy of teachers' students, can each subordinate normal college really adapt to the future educational needs. It also helps to improve the professional development level of rural primary and secondary school teachers and promote the process of informatization of rural primary and secondary education. On the basis of domestic and foreign pre-service teachers' educational technology literacy related research, combined with the situation of our country and the implementation of teacher education, this study takes the education technology literacy of free normal students as the research object, adopts the questionnaire. Interviews and other research methods are used to investigate the educational technology literacy needs of free teachers and primary and secondary school teachers respectively. The social needs of educational technology literacy and the needs of normal school students are statistically analyzed and compared with each other. The basic components of free normal students' educational technology literacy are obtained: knowledge and skill module, ability module, innovation module and consciousness and attitude module. Finally, the structure model of free normal students' educational technology literacy is formed. Combined with the problems found in the investigation, this paper puts forward some strategies to improve the educational technical literacy of free normal school students. I hope that through this investigation and study, It provides reference and reference for the theoretical and practical research of free normal students' educational technology literacy training in normal universities.
