【摘要】：新課程改革呼喚教師角色的轉(zhuǎn)變,要求教師成為教學(xué)研究者,研究教學(xué)中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題。在現(xiàn)階段的校本教研中,教師的教學(xué)研究活動(dòng)僅在本校范圍內(nèi)開(kāi)展,教師很少與其他學(xué)校的教師進(jìn)行交流、合作,使得各個(gè)學(xué)校優(yōu)秀的教學(xué)資源得不到共享,學(xué)校內(nèi)部出現(xiàn)的教育問(wèn)題得不到有效的解決,群體性的合作研究共同體沒(méi)有形成,不利于教師專(zhuān)業(yè)化能力的發(fā)展與成長(zhǎng),因此,開(kāi)展基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境的校際協(xié)同教研成為教師專(zhuān)業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的迫切要求。 本研究作為“利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境建立城鄉(xiāng)互動(dòng)教師專(zhuān)業(yè)化能力協(xié)同發(fā)展模式研究項(xiàng)目”的子課題之一,旨在探討網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)支持下的城鄉(xiāng)校際協(xié)同教研活動(dòng)開(kāi)展的有效指導(dǎo)策略。本研究通過(guò)在八所實(shí)驗(yàn)學(xué)校間建立結(jié)對(duì)的協(xié)作關(guān)系,在分析城鄉(xiāng)學(xué)校的差異性和需求的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)展網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)下校際協(xié)同教研的模式,提出了在研究課題帶動(dòng)下的校際間的協(xié)作教研形式,并在分析現(xiàn)有研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上提出六類(lèi)指導(dǎo)策略,在教研活動(dòng)開(kāi)展的過(guò)程中通過(guò)BBS討論主題的結(jié)構(gòu)和實(shí)施指導(dǎo)策略前后的討論帖的數(shù)量和內(nèi)容進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,從而驗(yàn)證各類(lèi)指導(dǎo)策略的有效性。 本研究根據(jù)基于設(shè)計(jì)的研究方法,通過(guò)訪談和調(diào)查問(wèn)卷了解到了實(shí)驗(yàn)學(xué)校教師的需求并分析了教師網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)作教研中的困難,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了開(kāi)展網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)下城鄉(xiāng)校際協(xié)同教研的模式和具體的指導(dǎo)策略,通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)一系列校際協(xié)同教研活動(dòng)進(jìn)行干預(yù),研究發(fā)現(xiàn)部分指導(dǎo)策略和教研活動(dòng)的實(shí)施有效地激勵(lì)了教師開(kāi)展協(xié)作教研的廣泛參與,提高了教師的教研能力,通過(guò)協(xié)作促進(jìn)了教師的知識(shí)建構(gòu)。同時(shí)在研究中根據(jù)實(shí)施協(xié)作教研中出現(xiàn)的各種問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了調(diào)整和再次循環(huán)驗(yàn)證,在指導(dǎo)策略中補(bǔ)充一些新的策略,最終形成一套有效支持城鄉(xiāng)校際協(xié)同教研活動(dòng)開(kāi)展的策略體系。
[Abstract]:The new curriculum reform calls for the change of teacher's role and requires teachers to become teaching researchers and study the problems in teaching. In the present school-based teaching and research, teachers' teaching and research activities are carried out only within the scope of their own school. Teachers rarely communicate and cooperate with teachers in other schools, so that the excellent teaching resources of each school are not shared, the educational problems within the school are not effectively solved, and the community of cooperative research has not been formed. It is not conducive to the development and growth of teachers' professional ability. Therefore, it is an urgent requirement for teachers' professional growth to carry out inter-school collaborative teaching and research based on network environment. This study is one of the sub-topics of the project of "establishing the collaborative development model of the professional ability of teachers in urban and rural areas by using the network environment". The purpose of this study is to explore the effective guiding strategies for the cooperative teaching and research activities between urban and rural schools supported by the network platform. Through establishing the cooperative relationship between eight experimental schools, this study analyzes the differences and needs of urban and rural schools. By designing the mode of inter-school collaborative teaching and research under the network platform, this paper puts forward the inter-school cooperative teaching and research form driven by the research subject, and puts forward six kinds of guiding strategies based on the analysis of the existing research results. In the process of teaching and research activities, the structure of topics discussed by BBS and the number and content of discussion posts before and after the implementation of guiding strategies are statistically analyzed to verify the effectiveness of various guiding strategies. According to the research method based on design, this study finds out the needs of the teachers in experimental schools through interviews and questionnaires, and analyzes the difficulties in the collaborative teaching and research of teachers on the network. On this basis, this paper puts forward the mode and specific guiding strategy of carrying out cooperative teaching and research between urban and rural schools under the network platform, and then designs a series of inter-school collaborative teaching and research activities to intervene. The study found that some guiding strategies and the implementation of teaching and research activities effectively encouraged teachers to engage in collaborative teaching and research, and improved teachers' teaching and research ability. Through collaboration, teachers' knowledge construction is promoted. At the same time, according to the various problems in the implementation of collaborative teaching and research, the author adjusts and recirculates, and adds some new strategies to the guiding strategy. Finally, a set of effective support for urban and rural schools to carry out collaborative teaching and research activities strategy system.
