云學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)代教師虛擬學(xué)習(xí)社區(qū)構(gòu)建研究

【摘要】:通過現(xiàn)有信息化教育資源的整合與優(yōu)化,為教師專業(yè)發(fā)展提供支撐平臺與優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù),成為云學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)代建設(shè)高素質(zhì)、專業(yè)化教師隊(duì)伍的關(guān)鍵。本文在分析云學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)代教師專業(yè)發(fā)展需求及其特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,以構(gòu)建靈活開放的教師專業(yè)發(fā)展共同體為出發(fā)點(diǎn),基于云計(jì)算平臺設(shè)計(jì)了一種面向教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的虛擬學(xué)習(xí)社區(qū)平臺,并從平臺的體系架構(gòu)、功能模塊、技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)等方面進(jìn)行分析,以便為教師的終身學(xué)習(xí)與發(fā)展提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的資源與服務(wù),充分調(diào)動教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的自主性與協(xié)作性,促進(jìn)教師知識經(jīng)驗(yàn)的傳播與共享。
[Abstract]:Through the integration and optimization of the existing informational educational resources, it provides a supporting platform and high quality service for the professional development of teachers, and becomes the construction of high quality in the cloud learning era. Based on the analysis of the needs and characteristics of teachers' professional development in the cloud learning era, this paper takes the construction of flexible and open teacher professional development community as the starting point. Based on cloud computing platform, a virtual learning community platform for teachers' professional development is designed and analyzed from the aspects of platform architecture, function modules, technology implementation, etc. In order to provide high-quality resources and services for teachers' lifelong learning and development, fully mobilize the autonomy and collaboration of teachers' professional development, and promote the dissemination and sharing of teachers' knowledge and experience.
