四川災(zāi)區(qū)青少年心理康復(fù)特質(zhì)的探索性研究

【摘要】: 本研究在對心理康復(fù)特質(zhì)的文獻(xiàn)回顧基礎(chǔ)上,通過對從事災(zāi)后康復(fù)的心理學(xué)專家和災(zāi)區(qū)學(xué)生的訪談,探索災(zāi)區(qū)青少年心理康復(fù)的核心特質(zhì),編制青少年心理康復(fù)特質(zhì)問卷,并選取彭州市各受災(zāi)程度不等的中學(xué)的學(xué)生共計(jì)650名進(jìn)行施測,檢驗(yàn)問卷的信效度。并在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)一步探討四川災(zāi)區(qū)中學(xué)生心理康復(fù)特質(zhì)的差異。本研究采用SPSS16.0和Lisrel8.51進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)的分析和處理,主要運(yùn)用的統(tǒng)計(jì)方法是:相關(guān)分析、雙因子變異數(shù)分析、路徑分析等。 本研究主要得到以下結(jié)果: (1)對災(zāi)區(qū)青少年心理康復(fù)特質(zhì)的研究得出心理康復(fù)的核心特質(zhì)包括:樂觀與希望、樂群性、問題求助方式與安全感。 (2)災(zāi)區(qū)青少年心理康復(fù)特質(zhì)問卷具有較好的區(qū)分度,且其分半信度、內(nèi)容效度和結(jié)構(gòu)效度均在心理測量可接受的范圍內(nèi)。 (3)從不同年級的中學(xué)生的平均數(shù)來看,初一和初二、高一和高二年級的中學(xué)生在樂觀與希望、問題求助方式、不安全感、安全感維度以及總問卷上的平均分具有不同程度的差異:1)初中二年級學(xué)生具有的樂觀與希望、安全感特質(zhì)好于其他年級的學(xué)生;2)初中二年級學(xué)生整體心理康復(fù)狀況好于其他年級的學(xué)生;3)高中二年級學(xué)生比其他年級學(xué)生更善于運(yùn)用問題求助來幫助自己康復(fù)。 從不同性別的中學(xué)生的平均數(shù)來看:1)男女中學(xué)生具有的整體心理康復(fù)特質(zhì)沒有顯著的差異;2)在遇到突發(fā)事件時(shí),女生比男生表現(xiàn)出更高程度的不安全感;3)女生比男生更多地用問題求助的方式來幫助自己康復(fù),且女中學(xué)生比男中學(xué)生更能找到問題解決和求助的途徑。
[Abstract]:Based on the literature review of psychological rehabilitation characteristics, this study explored the core characteristics of psychological rehabilitation of adolescents in disaster areas and compiled a questionnaire on psychological rehabilitation traits of adolescents through interviews with psychological experts and students in disaster areas. A total of 650 students from various secondary schools in Pengzhou were selected to carry out the survey. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested. On this basis, the differences of psychological rehabilitation characteristics of middle school students in Sichuan disaster area were further discussed. The data were analyzed and processed by SPSS16.0 and Lisrel8.51. The main statistical methods were: correlation analysis. Two-factor ANOVA analysis, path analysis and so on. The main results of this study are as follows:. 1) the core characteristics of psychological rehabilitation include: optimism and hope, musical group, problem seeking and security. 1) the study of psychological rehabilitation characteristics of adolescents in the disaster area shows that the core characteristics of psychological rehabilitation include: optimism and hope, group music, problem seeking help and security. (2) the psychological rehabilitation trait questionnaire of the adolescents in the disaster area has a good discrimination, and its split half reliability, content validity and structure validity are all within the acceptable range of psychological measurement. (3) judging from the average of middle school students in different grades, the first and second years of junior high school, the first and second grades of senior high school students are optimistic and hopeful, the ways of asking for help are problematic, and they feel insecure. The sense of security dimension and the average score of the total questionnaire have different degrees of difference. (1) the second grade students in junior high school have optimism and hope. Second grade students in junior high school are better than those in other grades in overall psychological recovery. The second grade students are better than other grade students in using problem to help their recovery. According to the average of middle school students of different genders, there is no significant difference in the overall psychological rehabilitation characteristics of male and female middle school students. Girls than boys showed a higher degree of insecurity than boys (3) female students more than boys to help themselves with the way to help their recovery, and female middle school students than male middle school students can find ways to solve problems and help help. 3) female students are more likely than boys to find ways to solve problems and help them to seek help.
